  1. I can't wait for my first HAMMER'S LOT PORT-A-POT LIVE STATUS REPORT in a couple of hours from the boys. (a) Cleanliness (b) Toxicity (c) Wait Times (d) Anyone crap their pants?
  2. Python Snake Jerky is just going to leave a nasty bad ass taste in your mouth and make you feel like a damn Mongoose. On the other hand, the Rocky Mountain Oyster Testicle Jerky is a BIG hit with Bronco fans after a couple bong hits.
  3. A Blow Out by the Bills coming up.
  4. The aroma of these crockpot beans woke me up like a child on Christmas Morning. I sense a blow out by the Bills coming.
  5. I believe he created the recipe for Turduckhen that John Madden would go on and on about every Thanksgiving. In 2004, I made his recipe which then was a 14 page recipe for my family and guests numbering 22 peeps. I wanted to bump it up so I wanted to use the biggest of each poultry that I could find. Getting a 10 lb chicken (capon) is possible and so too is a 30 lb turkey but the obstacle is the size of the duck. The largest one I could find was a 7 & 1/2 lb duck at the St Lawrence Market in Toronto. A Nicaraguan who worked with me told me they have 15+ lb ducks in Nicaragua which was as helpful to me a breasts on a bull. In any event, the final assembly barely fit in the oven and took 10+ hours to cook. The purpose of the recipe was for Chef Paul to sell his spices. I found those as well at the St Lawrence Market and only used half of the spices his recipe called for and it still blew the butts off my dinner guests. Here is his recipe if you are interested... https://www.magicseasoningblends.com/recipes/turducken/
  6. I started the beans already in my 10 quart crockpot. Figure I will let them cook overnight on slow.
  7. No rattlesnake to snare or buy up here. Can I substitute eel?
  8. I know what country ribs are -- the meaty cut -- but why boneless?
  9. Just gave the 3 chickens a turn at the back of the fridge. They say "hi".
  10. Found 3 whole Halal 50% discounted whole chickens this morning. So I said "Hella why NOT?". Made some homemade Southwestern stylee marinate and those 3 Oversized Cardinals are in the back of the fridge waiting to be put on the rotisserie Sunday Morning. Got a lb. & 1/2 of dried Pinto Beans soaking and will throw in a can of Black Eyed Peas, fresh tomatoes and red jalapenos from the garden along with some spices and bake them in the BBQ next to the spinning Uber Cardinals. I will make some Dirty Red Rice with Chili Powder & Cumin and the meal is done.
  11. 5 DAYS TO GO!!! Not to soon to be marinating and/or rubbing your meat in prep for Sunday's game.
  12. This looks like crap.... https://www.azcardinals.com/video/big-red-recipes-with-chef-beau-sweet-spicy-wings
  13. Thank you for that. I just tried to sign up and the Group is full so your winning record like an neutered dog shall remain intact.
  14. I read this wrong and it reminded me of the blue cheese I crumbled on my pizza I made for Saturday's game in my Italian wood burning oven. I don't use blue cheese often but when I do I never regret it.
  15. A Sonoran Dog sounds interesting. Pretty easy to make. The bun is a mini French Baguette. Perhaps a monster sized nachos which I can top with Salsa, rice and refriednpinto beans, queso, guac and fresh jalapeños, sweet peppers and tomatoes from the garden. Lay them out before kick off and concentrate on the game. Thanks.
  16. I appreciate many here have their own tailgate or home entertaining menus and don't theme the menu to the opposing team. That's Kool! For the others of us that like variety and theme the meal to team we are playing, what are you serving for the ARIZONA CARDINALS? We only play the Cardinals once every 4 years (possibly once more given the now 17 game schedule) and I can't recall ever doing a themed menu for the Cardinals. I know very little about Arizona. Never been there. Not sure what their signature dish would be. Any ideas?
  17. Thank You Bills Brethren
  18. I get that. You planning on tailgating before the game? I am flying out of Toronto to Seattle on the Tuesday and taking Amtrak down to Portland for 3 days and coming back to Seattle for the Friday and Saturday before the game. Flying back home after the game. Coming alone -- wife could not or would not (she is a Seahawks fan and is afraid of the Bills right now) get time off work -- so I am looking to meet some Bills fans in Seattle on Saturday Night and of course, during the pre-game Tailgate. I won't have my Tailgating equipment with me but I can cook.
  19. That has always been my strategy and I will be doing just that when I am in Seattle for the Bills game in October. However, some have said to me that that strategy may be outdated given the rareness of paper tickets these days. Any posters here who have had experience in Seattle recently purchasing tickets for a Seahawks game at the last minute?
