  1. Hard to imagine that AB's antics are already wearing thin HAHAHA I hated the idea of the Bills trading for him, and it looks like AB refusing to come here or whatever happened was a BLESSING!!!!! I love that the Raiders are spiraling out of control, and I look forward to the next chapter in this saga.... I almost expect Brown to demand a trade or release because he doesn't like the way Mayock is talking about him HAHAHAHA sounds like something this drama queen would do!
  2. I'd say the best was the 2004 Nate Clements - Antoine Winfield - Terrence McGee CB Trio with Lawyer Milloy and Izell Reese at safety Reese being the only weakness, which was address with Troy Vincent, but after they lost Winfield to FA... in 2005 they had Clements, McGee, and Jabari Greer, with Milloy and Vincent, which was also great, but I think the Winfield, Clements, McGee with Milloy outweighs them by a bit...
  3. People need to pump the freaking breaks on this kid... he's making these big plays against guys who flat out WILL NOT be on 53 man rosters... and neither will he. He's been fun to watch with 2 big plays, and I get it, he's a great story, but this guy is flat out not ready for the NFL. He doesn't play special teams, he doesn't know the ins and outs of playing the RB position, he can't block, he doesn't follow blocks when running, honestly how is this even a discussion???? I hope this kid does put it all together to make a name for himself in the NFL in 2020... but he's as raw as they come, and he WILL get through waivers because no team is going to want to put the amount of time and effort into getting this guy up to NFL Speed while carrying him on their 53 man roster. You need guys who can contribute NOW if you're going to be on the 53, and Wade doesn't have the value to be kept on an active roster. Not by the Bills and not by any of the other 31 teams. Wade is a a great story and a project who COULD become something worth while on a 53 man roster once he learns how to do all the things RBs need to know... but he's a developmental project. Time on our PS would be INVALUABLE, as we don't need to use up a PS spot for him, and then he gets time to learn with the rest of the guys and get reps in practice. If there was a farm system I'd say send him down, but since there isn't, the only thing for him is the PS. People need to stop being so carried away... let's not forget Nathan Peterman statistically is one of the best QBs int he NFL right now during pre-season, but we all saw what a tire fire of a player he is against real NFL talent. Wade isn't ready, and wasting a roster spot on him is flat out stupid.
  4. I don't like it when guys get hurt, but I also don't shed a tear when the guys getting hurt are on the Pats, Jets or Dolphins... Not sure how their depth is looking, but hopefully this creates some SERIOUS mismatches for the Bills in week 1.
  5. With the seeming emergence of Darryl Johnson, they already moved on from Eli Harold, they're backlogged at the DE position. Ziggy wouldn't have a role at all really, unless they were still actively looking to move on from Shaq. Which at this point would be silly IMO.
  6. I never cheer for a guy to get hurt, but this was theirs tarting OLB... Big injury for a division rival who we play early!
  7. Never said it's "easy", but no one complains more about their job, or goes out of their way to make their job sound harder than teachers... I am sure there are challenges, but you also have the flexibility that no other job has, like having 3 months off in the summer, plus holidays, and breaks throughout the year. I have a sister, a niece, and a sister in law who are teachers, my wife's best friend is a teacher, and I am friends with 2 guys who are teachers... between those people I have never met a more "know it all" group of people who think their job is the hardest, most noteworthy career on the planet. Even aside from that group, in general, teachers are an arrogant group who love to 1 soap box about their profession and 2 complain about how hard they have it... as exemplified by promo coming out of no where feeling it necessary to explain the difficulties of teaching something that is obviously antiquated and the thread already has poked fun about, and at the same time mix how hard his job is and he can do 1 more thing etc... like I said, feeling it his job to unsolicited "educate me" about the obvious reasons why handwriting isn't taught. All I said was that it wasn't taught... no judgement just pointing out fact... Honestly the reasons are self-explanatory, but as a group teachers love to soapbox about their profession... More than any other I have ever met... How about this... the school year should be year round with breaks spread out throughout the year so kids don't have so much down time, and they are constantly learning instead of zoning out for 3 months then getting back into the swing of it. More time in the class room means more time for the kids to learn more skills, and more time for teachers to work hand in hand with their students. #1 group against that are teachers...
  8. Number one thing I'll be watching is the WR play on the first team. I am hoping to see Zay not have the drops he's had in the past, and I really and looking forward to seeing what Foster can do if he gets the reps. Outside of that the WR 5/6 battle, the DE4 battle, and the make up of the O-Line in particular Feliciano's progression as a Center and how he looks. Morse hopefully will be ready week 1, but this extended period out shows he's a bumpy car ride away from IR with another concussion, so there's a chance Feliciano becomes our starter this year.
  9. I collect, buy, sell, and trade watches, and so some cleanup work and repairs too.
  10. Naw it's okay, I'm used to it. No one makes their job sound harder than teachers.... Enjoy the rest of your 3 month break before having to work for 3 months before getting your next extended break.
  11. Well you took a joke and made it not funny... well done.
  12. I bet you didn't use BPA free cups..... bastard!
  13. In the regular season he should run less, but not take it out of his "bag of tricks".... in Preseason I want him to not run at all. Throw away and move on, don't risk injury for meaningless games.
  14. Always wondered what the "H" stands for.... Harry? Howard? Hector?
  15. Aaaahhhh I see what you're saying... he was helping her! Protein Shake in the morning...
  16. Probably because no one has ever seen another QB play as HISTORICALLY badly as he did in his limited time. Pretty sure all the well wishes and faith in him wouldn't have taken away the interceptions the kid kept throwing. Sometimes guys just suck.
  17. What's richer, his fantasy life, or her coffee?
  18. That way you get your own extra cream instead of someone else's? This is what I was thinking too when I read the last line... people are actually defending this guy! They all must ***** hate her with a burning passion to be like: "surrre dude sliped her a mickey of his own special cream every day, but let's all be honest... we all thought about it. sooooo self defense?"
  19. Is it still criminal? NYS just decriminalized possession so it would be a slap on the wrist to be pulled over with it. I am wondering what this means for him in NC. As all the laws across the country keep shifting with regards to this, it's going to be very hard for the NFL to have a definitive stance on it. Even if they don't test for it, if players keep getting arrested for possession, they are still subject to the Player Code of Conduct with regards to being arrested etc...
  20. If he he's "Elite" and the Numbers clearly show it, how is it he hasn't cracked double digit sacks EVER? Numbers include sacks, thats why you pay a pass rusher DE... He's over hyped, plain and simple. He's a VERY good player, but he's no where near worth the money and assets that are going to be needed to get him.
  21. Hard Pass on Clowney... 1) We don't know the exact cost 2) Clowney is great, but he's NEVER had double digit sacks in his career 3) We need to also hand him the largest chunk of our Salary Cap AFTER paying big bucks to get him. If we weren't kicking the tires on Mack, who WAS A generational talent, we absolutely should stay away from Clowney who has shown to be VERY good, but had 2 years of no production of note, and then a few years of good production... Who knows which version of Clowney you'll get once he gets paid. Also, just a little tidbit for people who want to give up our starting OT and picks and whatever else and then some and then give $20M Plus to Clowney....
