  1. Seems like I have heard that flushing the coolant is generally a gimmick. GM Cars have long life anitfreeze
  2. I thought it was LG we needed... They can be a turnstile, like the pros, but they might cry a bit more. Or, maybe not...
  3. My parents got these before they came home from the hospital, and I was afraid they wouldn't fit in them till after the season was over... Thomas and Nathan
  4. As far as I'm concerned, that's like letting Baltimore use the brown and orange for their throwbacks. Why thow salt in the wound and irritate Buffalo like that? Classless.
  5. There was a football game last night ? I couldn't even stay awake for the kickoff... Granted, I have two diversions (one asthmatic for the last few days), but, I have to wonder whether I am either don't care anymore or if I'm just getting too old for this... I can't believe WM had 136, Dillon 76, and we still lost...
  6. Its not a masterpiece, but...Kollaidian Dobbs
  7. IMHO, no. It's easier to find at the top than searching Lori's posts... I don't usually go look for it before the weekend, though, as I have more time then...
  8. I've never met anyone here in person. (Well, except for Scott almost 20 years ago...) Lori knows her stuff better than most media people, and is just one of those posters you keep an eye out for. After reading what she writes, more often than not I'm thinking, wow, that was great! Simon, AKC and a few others do excellent post game stuff. Lori does the pre-game.
  9. No, I haven't paid a great deal of attention to him , but he and Freeney are the only guys on our radar screen besides Peppers are the only two that I've heard were any good at all. 20-20 hindsight is great, but Levi wasn't even supposed to be taken as high as he was. Overall though I agree with you about assignment of fault. Ther is no such thing as a sure fire in the draft.
  10. It sure is nice to see you posting more... 2002 was not really a good draft for anyone. Yes we could and should have taken Roy, instead on Mike. The only other star available to us was out of that draft is Freeney, and he had not been shut down by McKinnie earlier that year, might have been our pick.
  11. Miller won the job during preseason. I think he's let only one soft goal in in the first five games...
  12. Singlehandedly? If it's due to 3 SB's, Novacek should get in too. Maybe Switzer should be inducted too. But yeah, I'm sure they will figure in.
  13. The guy who will probably get in that doesn't deserve it is Aikman. How is he different than Bledsoe other than he and the best line, statisticly the best RB in history, and good to great WR corp?
  14. That was the first thing I thought. As far as OC, I think it can be corrected from within (ala Dick Lebeau and Jerry Gray) if they were to give Sam Wyche more responsibility. It's not really a bad staff. They just seem to be outsmarting themselves...
  15. I'd like to see what Bannan can do full time at guard. He doesn't do much on the D anyway. Josh Reed may be re-emerging, too. He certainly has been JP's go to guy this year. Parrish, Evans, Reed, and Aiken are all draft picks. Time to look for other positions in the draft. OL is still the glaring need on this team. Safeties are one injury from a disaster, too.
  16. Nope. And no, you can go back and get compensation just because you sold your Intel stock in 1981... At the end of the year, Bledsoe didn't have that kind of value. In fact, the Bills didn't think he was worth the money he cost on this team. And they were right.
  17. re: 5a: Jerry Butler? He ought to there someplace... Seems a bit heavy with the old guys. Wolford, Ritcher and Devlin belong there. Tasker belongs there. Christie too. Andre should be higher. Washington, lower.
  18. My constraints might have been a little tight, but I think you get my drift. BTW, has he ever made one under those conditions?
  19. My point is that I really wasn't any more comfortable with a six point lead than a three point lead. They had just scored an easy TD. Given how the D has played late in fourth, and the 4+ minutes still on the clock, I didn't think they were going to win it after they only came away with the FG. Like I said in my first post, it was a good kick. Just not a game winner. I do find it a little amazing though how quickly we have forgotten that was an easy kick for Christie...
  20. Hardly. The clutch plays were the forced fumble by Clements and then later on, the two sacks. How would they have played it differently? Here is what they did: There are a lot of passes in that series, but I doubt they would have run it very much more. Even if they had, Brown was the guy who fumbled... They would have kept driving for the TD simply to eat up as much time on the clock as possible. There was too much time on the clock not to do that.
  21. "On any given day..." Wow, that is stunning, isn't it?
  22. IF the can get to 9 wins, they have a much better chance of making the playoffs this year... They are in pretty good shape, in spite of losing 3 in a row...
