Look at that Bellichek coaching tree. He turns pee into wine. Every guy they bring in for a year or two, turns into a hot candidate by association. I think it'd be foolish for Beane to not attempt the same in the FO. That's the spirit of the rule, 3rd rd picks for multiple years? Crazy high yield. Let's be the reason they change that incentive to a lower payout lol

This is a great fit for him. Easy side gig that pays well and gives him plenty of time home with the family. I'm not the type to care much either way for announcers, they're just kinda there to me (aside from liking Romo), but he'd instantly be my fav GameDay personality. Would even love to see him get paired up with Wood locally, but I think he deserves that national spotlight

There was a story 2 or 3 years back about Jets forcing a guy to play through something unreasonable. Team doctors came back and basically said the guy was required to play, despite completely contradictory opinions by outside doctors. They fined him very heavily over the whole thing. I was pretty shocked at the time that team doctors ultimately had the final say over whether has to play or not https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.theguardian.com/sport/2019/oct/29/kelechi-osemele-injury-shoulder-surgery-new-york-jets-nfl https://www.cincyjungle.com/2019/10/17/20919487/bengals-cordy-glenn-injury-concussion-nfl-rumors-news

I'd be interested in a flyer if Reagor shakes loose

There's degrees to a crime. If this was at a Spa Envy, that would be absolute highest degree of gross... but there's somewhat of a middle ground here. Seems atleast several of these women were sex workers. Not something you sweep up and ignore, but also not the worst degree of the crimes either. I won't be surprised when the defense introduces evidence that these woman were tugging other dudes for money. Wonder how much if at all, that would change public opinion.

Don't forget Giraldo! Norm was a sports guy though so that woulda been my favorite. This is an all time OJ joke lol norms fav https://youtu.be/c9EsIFBs26o Lol him n Snoop, Eli will hsve the death row chain on 😆

Yes!!! Jeff Ross is involved, it'll be good. Calling it now Rob Riggle will be on it. He knows his sports and was freaking awesome busting balls hosting ESPYS. Peyton Manning is an easy call. Maybe MacAfee. Wish Norm McDonald was still around, he woulda been fun. Who has guesses on who else makes an appearance?

OT Deshaun getting ready for a sit down with NFL

Bauer is bigger to baseball than Watson is to nfl too, I think -
I don't say this lightly, dumbest thread ever. 0 and 17, and pulls a Riley Cooper at Taste of Country... we can consider it. Aside from his coaching skills, who would replace him? How long would it take for the new guy and Beane to get in sync? Fire a beloved players coach? What players are you willing to lose. Process locker room, down the drain. Honestly, even if we lose in AFCCG every single year, I'm cool with it. If a coach can consistently get us as far as we have, at that point, players need to pick up the slack and be the thing that puts us over. I hope you sleep on the couch, wherever you are, and think about your actions

OT Deshaun getting ready for a sit down with NFL

This feels click baity in intent. This news story is always available in the back pocket when nothings going on. Mind as well time it with Watson coming to town, get all the engagement from jokes 😆 pretty smart really I completely agree. I'd rather they came out, said 1 game, we won't be taking any more questions and move on. I could respect "there's about 10 good qbs in the world, this morons one, and we gotta business to run". It's a slap in the face seeing Goodell mope around, talk all somber. The dude literally looks like a robot trying to imitate human emotions lol We all know what this is... don't treat us all like we're too dumb to understand. -
OT Deshaun getting ready for a sit down with NFL

The longer they wait the more it simmers down. How many league altering trades, FA signings, draft pick implications have taken place to move media story lines elsewhere. You can't drop a 4 or 5 game suspension on the guy, like they ABSOLUTELY want to, when the fires burning hot. Cleveland is a hot mess, or as owners see it 1 of 32 (3%), is a dumpster fire that needs stability asap. Get this charade punishment over with, and get a premier player back in. I will be absolutely shocked if it's more than 4 games. If its messing with owners pockets, that's all they care about. -

I've been waiting for him to change his tune. I don't blame him for trying to force his way out, but clearly that times passed, no chance to catch on somewhere like Indy anymore. He'd be smart to go back to repeating cliche NFL speak, come out looking sharp/healthy, and hope for an in season trade or FA next year, showing he's valuable. Let's see if he's smart enough to look ahead here -

AND LIGHTS IT UPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP, and then Watson comes in and sucks. Really make them sweat out that fully guaranteed $$. OH how freaking sweet would that be, im salivating Im pretty sure the legal side of this is strictly civil at this point, unless a new accuser comes forward -
(Rumor) Drew Brees hinting at a comeback

Those guys were no joke! My great grampa was a Frogman and always had the coolest stories. Was simultaneously one of the sweetest guys I ever knew, while being a strong batch of vinegar at the same time haha I remember him tearing my dad a new one (in his 80s) after my dad brought him a fresh beer, something about- if you think I can't walk to the cooler to get my own, you'll be the one asking for help getting to the cooler 😆 -
Surprised at the stat but pressures still wreak havoc on an offense and he certainly left his mark against us in 2021. Another one of those guys where stats just don't paint the full picture

(Rumor) Drew Brees hinting at a comeback

Different Era. Different treatments for injury. Better understanding of nutrition (and chemistry). Today's game for a quarterback has tipped: cerebral skill > athletic skill. These dudes can hang on a little longer in a less physical game, and get by with a better understanding of the game than others, who are more athletic. [Again IMO, anyone feel free to disagree] -
(Rumor) Drew Brees hinting at a comeback

More power to him. All the comments about 'knowing when to shut it down' are coming from normal rational people. You don't get to the NFL, and you don't get to Brees level by being normal or rational. These guys are mental machines, they don't know how to turn it off even if they desperately wanted too. Reminds me of Buffet. Why in the heck does this dude get up at 3am start reading stock articles in newspapers, and all the crap he does. -You're 180 years old, stop, relax-. These guys don't have that switch me and you do. Clinical definition of workaholic! Hell I'd like to see Brees come back with a year of rest (and hgh to rejuvenate everything). I'd bet he can come in and play well still. But thats just me and MHO -
I wish our schedule was back heavy instead of front heavy, like it is, for this reason (and tre). Thankfully dorsey and Josh aren't unfamiliar but they are on limited time to implement changes and dial in exactly who they are as an offense. Hoping for no hiccups, but I think it's unreasonable to expect pur offense to be clicking like they were in the two playoff games either

Kaep has and never has had any real desire to get back in the nfl. Hard to blame him when he can milk Nike contracts, while turning a blind eye to Asian children sewing their finger tips off for 5cents an hour 😆 dudes a joke

If I had to guess Beane would've been thinking along the lines of 4th or 5th rder which was proli cool, but the money was a sticking point. Car looks bad getting a day 3 pick andddd paying half the guys salary still. When you're already on the super hot seat, "admitting" defeat like that on CMC makes you look worse than just keeping him. A GM like that can't make that trade. A first year GM would get leeway to do something like that
