I'm 34 and don't know zapruder film lol so I'm assuming most current nfl players don't either

I'm sure a lot can identify with this. The answer is no probably not, but if I was given a vote on the real decision I'd vote yes. One route i could see, is broadcasting after retirement. Would be really cool to have Wood and Fitzy in the booth together. In a way I'd rather have Fitz calling national games on CBS because I don't listen to Bills games on the radio (g2 watch em). If Wood and Fitzy had a long career calling games though (which I don't think is crazy outlandish) I could see it happening down the road. Excited to see what the future holds for him!

Brady is a walking advertisement for why hgh has a place in sports. Is it "enhancing" his performance? Depends on how you want to define it. Did it make him better? No. Did it allow him to extend his career greatly, and avoid major injuries that shoulda knocked a 43yr old out by now, yes. I have no issue with players extending their careers, and the nfl doesn't either, as they've never had anyone suspended for hgh. I suspect Brady jumped on that train after he blew out his knee week 1, realized how much better his body felt and never turned back!

I don't disagree with any of this, the big difference is abuse vs use. If your buddy had stuck to testosterone only, taken proper pct protocol. Kept his dosages down, stay after bloodwork, he very likely wouldn't deal with any of this. Everyone wants to hop on tren and have no idea what it does to their lipid profiles. People running 25 week cycles. Using s*** form, worrying about 1 rep maxes. There's smart ways to do all this and minimize risk, and then there's dumb ways. As far as teenagers, zero reason for them to hop on anything. Teenagers are basically on cycle, naturally (hence anyone with a teenage son that "showers" 4xs a day 😆). What teenagers need to learn is good form, and HOW TO EAT!!! Everyone wants to skip learning that cause its not sexy, but if you have a wrestler/hockey/football player in your house, wanting to put on size, help them get on a good diet plan and watch them explode if they have good work ethic in weight rooms.

Exactly. Nfl is by farrrrrrrr the dirtiest professional sport in the world. The testing is a joke, and it's done that way intentionally. If they switched to UFC testing, there would be about 3 players left per team. Thing is when these guys do get caught they're not taking anabolic steroids. It's almost exclusively designer peptides and hgh. Most of the general public hears hgh and thinks of peak Barry Bonds, giant chest, tight sleeves, it's a misconception. Hgh isn't making anyone "big". Hgh is rampant because it slows the deterioration players see with age and physical abuse. Allows them to get back from injuries (major & minor) faster, heal from brutal games and grueling practices. Allow them to over train, hitting the gym between all the other abuse. In 15 years hgh is going to be an almost household item. Growth hormones slows with age. Muscles and tendons soften. It's the reason old guys wake up at 5am, even though they want to sleep. Vision, skin, hair, bones, restful sleep, energy levels, all fade the older we get. Growth is the closest we have to fountain of youth and is generally considered safe. Your favorite milf 50yr old in Hollywood, looks younger than everyone else. It ain't luck lol. It's EVERYWHERE Bottom line taking growth, can greatly improve quality of life! There's a stigma because needles are scary and some times used for bad. If you're aging and money isn't a concern, do yourself a favor and see a hormone replacement clinic. (Sorry for bit of tangent/rant, but it's time to end the stigma. Your insurance might even pay for it!)

One stat I would like to see increase. When he played take what the D gives me, he was literally unstoppable. Which---in turn--- will open up BETTER deep ball opportunities lol I try not to wish summers away but F it, bring on Sept!!! -
Aaron Donald may retire if Rams win SB?

Usually I feel bad for the Lions and cheer them on for a cool fan base.... but when you remind me how they wasted Barry's career, and refused to trade Calvin (did Barry ask out too b4 retire)..... for an organization theyre right where they belong. Wonder if calvin/Barry were sick thinking 'what-ifs' after seeing Stafford get his trade and win a Chip -

Splitting hairs about a loose definition. Do I think AD is a better DT than Josh Allen is a QB, yes, for now I do. By your same terms do I have to say Tom Brady is the greatest athlete of all time? NFL QBs have harder jobs than bball players or hockey players, yet Brady is not the greatest athlete of all time. Jordan or Gretzsky gets it. Same idea. -

If you're him, and you see the way their checkbook has been paying EVERYONE, yes you get yourself a fat deal. He's got a family and charities, he wrote a huge check to Pitt for a facility (or maybe something else). If they had money to pay everyone else, hard to tell best player in all of football NO -
Part of me wants him to get signed so he can show what 5 years out of a league you weren't good in, would do... but I don't see the saga ending. If he gets cut after a bad pre-season, it'll be racist. If he stays as a 3rd or even 2nd stringer, it'll be racist. Short of him being able to start 17 games and avg 150yds, 50%, and 2:1 int/tds, this will never stop being the narrative.

Rewatching a lot of vons play from last season... notice he lined up over LT quite a bit last year, especially early after his trade to LAR. Also, rewatching the Super Bowl feels quite a bit different with the benefit of hindsight. Just WOWWWW Everyone knows he's an animal pass rusher... but his play against the run, even in traffic, is very overlooked. Great edge setter, and blows up plays before they can develop. Stoked!!! -
By far the biggest thing this year is going to be the addition of BeachChairs Kromer. Our peak OL last year should be our new baseline IMO. There's enough continuity. Brown and Bates will have a full TC with starter reps. I feel good about it. Side not, crazy how quickly KC turned over their OL from one of the worst to (considered) best in AFC

I'm always impressed with the mentality these guys have. Dude won a Super Bowl 4mos ago, and is just as hungry as he was as a rookie, maybe more so. How many regular adults would hit their life goal, and be ready to chase it like that again AT ALL... let alone in that short time frame. Unreal athletes, but these guys mentality is the most impressive trait to me -
I like retired shady. He's been really candid about things fans don't typically get to hear

That set was amazing lol I think he just didn't care about Saget one way or the other. Guess I'm really just thinking of his love for poking at OJ lol he did 5 years of material on him that was always on point

I completely agree with you especially that first paragraph.... which is why I fully expect NFL to drop a suspension quick here. Funny they met with him a day before that HBO special. The longer they wait, the worse this is going to look. If they rush to the table with an 8 game suspension here like I expect, then they covered their own when bombshells come... and they can play dumb about it being too short of a suspension, "we didn't have THISSSS information". Quicker they can suspend him, get him back, let him take his public beating, the sooner this will be outta the headlines. The whole thing is gross, and its going to get worse.
