  1. stupid to cherry pick one example when theres a million both ways. Julio's injury history was bananas, and the dude sought contact like no other
  2. Sounds unlikely (nothing personal, stuff like this is more interesting than keeping to yourself, so thanks). Moving past that, again, for fun...... who does everyone think we'd be gunning for if we had #9 overall? if we were to turn this deal into a nice OL or WR, that frees up a pick to the defense rd 1 or 2, that i dont believe should be used that way as of today
  3. My biggest motivator in trading him: $10m Offense >>> $10m Defense We'd need a plan first, so IF he were to be moved I dont see it happening quickly. Admittedly I dont know FA OL well, but the idea of a $10m RT or a beast guard is intriguing af. Defenses are handicapped, mental tie break will always lean towards offense for me. An OL plays every down, vs rotational guy (strike 2). Time to check out the avail OL list...............
  4. Very strange comp. OJ Simpson was an actor and a murderer. Where was Ashton Kutcher when Jon Benet Ramsey went missing?
  5. agreed about return being minimal. would much rather package him and a pick for a player, or for higher pick then the one we send them
  6. this dudes a dork. big bucks is for studs. above average $$ is for potential (sometimes). feel free to go chase that above average bag elsewhere this is the "butterface" booty call threatening to delete your number..... ok? good luck i guess?
  7. *Soul Actually Wilson kinda looks like the boys soul lol
  8. Asking since I sincerely don't know. Cards need as much ammo as they can get their hands on, and haven't had any nibbles on moving him. It would make a ton of sense for them to eat, up to, the maximum amount that they can, and get higher pick compensation. Obviously the pick helps, but they need to bottom out for draft purposes. You can't outwardly tank, but you can make moves that move a good player, eat dead cap in a down year, and hopefully pick high (with an extra pick). That makes so much sense to me. Anyone know what the maximum amount they could eat would be? Even if its not for us I'm curious in general
  9. look at the tape. sacks are great. qbs being disrupted early and throwing incompletions/int's, or making bad reads (10yd completion, when a 50yarder was there. allowing corners to get closer to the line, play more aggressive, safeties and lb's getting to play more shallow, other DL getting sacks, or causing the above while Vons double teamed. he makes defenses better bottom line
  10. Very short term mem here. Von in no way looked in decline, we looked amazing on D till he got hurt. that type of injury had nothing to do with age or his history, it was a reg football injury. troll. we also have a draft. people were saying the same thing about poyer and hyde when we signed them. they cant all be top end signings, part of a gms job is to take calculated risks on players with potential that havent quite materialized yet. but please dont let that stop your emotional driven pitchforking
  11. this is the perfect signing type imo. it may or may not work, but the risk/reward on these types of signings are great when you look at them as a numbers game. a handful of these types should be made every year
  12. idk. on paper. 2 years ago i was there. what the haaaaack happened to that OL this year?!?! they were top tier 2 years ago, sucked last year with same squad, unless i (likely this), missed something
  13. the absolute worst type of poster. zero ability to see context. you want everything to be black and white and thats not how life and especially not the nfl works. an nfl rookie, bad line, rookie OC. a veteran reliable trusted back in front of him. an unfortunate fumble early in a season with the highest of expectations. only focusing on that, completely ignoring the flashes we saw more often, and each closer to the last theres your posts theres homers then the truth in the middle. Your posting is a crop-duster. Take it outside, or to your car where you love to huff those farts. Please pass up the cuddlefish and asparagus, vanilla paste is your friend
  14. i keep refreshing waiting on *that* magical unexpected update the way the diggs one hit. chasing the damn dragon over here!
  15. A magician i believe. Can we pay him to make our OL probs disappear?
  16. if it doesnt, will you stop drinking alcohol in the afternoon lol
  17. Dude LOL incomprehensible how dumb this dude is. not even specifically this, but throwing this on top of everything else is hilarious. Did the Farelly brothers write this script
  18. For all the ppl angry in these threads, youd think we need a 6 man roster of all pros. 3 on 11 everyone, SUPER BOWL!
  19. true, but he did. and it voluntarily lead to more evidence (bad texts) coming to light lol pompous level of arrogance to make this kinda mistake
  20. likely, but for comedic purposes i hope they go beater car re-tread like cam lol
  21. the fact that the heat here and everyone else is aimed at him and not 32 owners is proof he does his job....... unfortunately. i hate the dude, but his job is to get spit roasted by the fans on one end, owners on the other lol he 'deserves' this from an owners perspective
