  1. How the heck do you pull off an in season kicker trade? If we plan to dominate trenches, run hard, stop the run, pressure the passer. I think having a good K, or even just a trustworthy K becomes that much more important. We can bully, rule time of possession, and not rely on Josh's solo magic to win. But youre shortening the game, and you can less afford to drive deep and walk out with 0 points. Side rant: how the heck can there be so many good college kickers, and none of them translate to NFL games? There's 134 D1 teams and most classes dont put out a roster-able kicker? If its the rush thing, move the guy an extra yard back and sacrifice the extra 1 yd of range. I cant understand it
  2. One HUGE thing you forgot (no shade)...... A working screen game?!?!? Even more elusive of a creature for this Bills team in my life has been complete utter inability to ever run a bubble screen. I feel like Ive never seen it run in my 36years of fandom. 1st throw was a nice lil quick out to Kincaid if im remembering right. I liked that, get him going early..... then BAM!!! Second play was beautifully executed, timed perfect, set ups to the blocks perfect. Kincaid is going to EATTTTTTTT on that if we can make that a regular thing. Second half I was kinda zoned out, Cook ran routes outta backfield, and the contrast between all these short game plays, all fed into each other! More of that please! I do think were gunna end up hitting some deep balls this year with the way our OL has run game going, and all this deadly short quick stuff. Frothing at the possibilities!!! ----Lastly--- what are the odds we can find a kicker on a bad team worth trading for? On one hand, hard to abandon your K mid year lol and on the other hand, if were willing to pay above market value (not break bank). Is a kicker going to put us over the top? NO. Obviously not.... can a kicker derail the ever living shizzzzz outta a magical run? Thats not even a real question. Its reasonable to dangle some attractive bait. For the right dude im coughing up up to a 4th, in exchange for K and a late pick. Seems unlikely but hope we explore it. I was a big fan of Bass-to-Mouth, and stood up longer for him last year than most, but Im done. Make a move
  3. We cant be a serious team with him in lineup, and im not kidding. i get it, i get it, kickers are kitties, nobody likes them, but youre not getting to a SB with a kicker like him, let alone winning it. hes already a mess. imagine we pound someone in WC, he misses from 39, and now his psyche is going to recover? Imagine tight game in a SB and youre at a 35yard kick..... you have to kick, its late, youre down 1, but you also know you cant kick lol no thanks. my hair turned grey typing that
  4. I think he was there prior to last nights game, and the only person who HONESTLY cant see it is him. Dude has made $74m, won heisman & nat'l championship, and had a solid nfl career. If I 1,000% remove my Bills fandom here, I pray to God he retires. Likeable, handsome, literally just turned 26. Buy a big arse house on an island, and fill that mofo up with kids!!!! All I can think is Jr Seau, Jovan Belcher, or Jim Mcmahon and dementia at 53!!! Its probably my inner dad taking over here, but please hang em up kid
  5. i imagine that broadcast contract is ironclad as to not have him try to leave for half a season to come back. i also imagine that deal was negotiated tightly enough/stressful, where if he leaves he severs the relationship. im totally talking out my butt, just a feeling they dont want some wishy washy half in/half out $xxx, xxx, xxx million dollar broadcaster
  6. Maybe an Alshon Jeffrey type player
  7. Josh threw that well too. I'm not shocked, but I also would cut him some slack If he missed that. He's never had that player here, and I dunno much about his Wyoming team but feel comfortable guessing he never had a 6'3"+ WR with basketball skill set. That's a new throw for him, probably ever
  8. I'll always be proud of my Bernard predictions here! I was laughed at enough to turn me into Joaquin Phoenix's Joker
  9. legit sounds like a CFL rule would bet my life savings teams will get together and come up with a call for it, instead of "POISON" or "FIRE" it'll have a similar yell-able name, after ST's coach shows the team that play
  10. All this time talking about who Pearsall is behind, WHEN ALL ALONG, we should've been asking who's behind Pearsall! Belichek is playing 2024 chess out here!
  11. Ef them so hard for exploiting insane prices. I understand the business side and nfl greed drove prices up for a carrier. But ef this whole thing. Message me if you're looking for alternate method. I'm not selling anything, just a guy who literally would be homeless if i wanted to watch the Bills, which is a GD birthright to me.
  12. In 2020 we were right to be mad about it. Now I don't give a s****, it reflects more poorly on us. If they're doing it. Then we need to be doing it to them, and learning how to be good at doing it. Have a full no flags for interference sequence of 10 plays at the end of practice, starting O vs starting D. 3rd n 10 scenario. Whoever loses best of 10 runs sprint after practice. Tie 5 - 5, everybody runs em. Need to be good at doing it and good at manhandling a man to make him stop doing it to you. GET. SOME. F'N. GRIT.
  13. Do I think I individually could? No Do I think if the entire board here coordinated and put their mind to it, like say, the taliban, there's no telling what we could accomplish together 😉
  14. Not a doom n gloom poster at all, but man.... I would've done it, but the fact is, it wouldn't have taken multiple picks to have taken a 2nd WR in this past draft. That's what leaves me frustrated here. No excuses to not go all in on a major, top of his position WR, in 2025. Invest that extra Diggs 2nd, back into the position
  15. There's another one in the works by a pretty badass (small) director too. It'll be called "Bills Fan", director put his own flavor on it so It's not run of the mill extended nfl network segment. Can't really say more than that now, but that it's a year in, and has serious potential. You heard it here first folks 🤣🤣 Stay tuned 😉
  16. Yep. Get Aiyuk. Let Samuel sit till he's healed, then add another week. When he comes back, we'll look even stronger, and a chance to let the young guys get some playing time early. It's not ideal, but waiting till deadline is stupid. Well be weaker till then. Pay more. And less time to get the new guy up to speed. ***beane after midnight???***
  17. Sounds like one of those injuries you let him sit the max recovery timeliness, and add another week. No sense in giving him few weeks odd, having him play 70% lingering, and then lose him again. Make a modest trade (need it anyway), let him recover, and be done with it
  18. those videos are great. editing is smooth as hell. cute kid and wife. that moving company idea is pretty smart too considering who his peers are, and fun viral marketing... smart dude i had no clue about before yesterday and now im rooting for!
  19. No clue what you're talking about. Pointing out espn sucks other than the 5% of the time they have actual sports on. I pointed out that a huge corporations will say 1 thing and do another, solely picking its morals of the day based on the money. Sounds like you don't think corporations do that? Lol I don't know what angle you're trying to take, but have at it.
  20. if you ever watched the 30 for 30 Made in America on OJ, think back to episode 2 where all the people he grew up with talk about his personality after "making it". i probably cant get into it much on here without p'ing off mods... but RG3 is as fake as they talked about with OJ. not a genuine bone in his body. their most "candid" moments, their eyes are in the corners looking to make sure the camera is still filming. every single action and word is social engineered to make the viewer try to like them. barfffffffffff doesnt take much googling to find him sexting other chicks on the night of his wedding. his code switching is hilariously bad. pick me! pick me! fake engineering himself sprinting off the field about the birth of his kid. plenty of teammates saying bad teammate. im biased, i do not like the guy, but theres plenty of crap out there to make him unlikeable
  21. vote with your wallet lol i cant as i already dont watch anything not directly a sport on ESPN they fired both, will bring in some cute big jugged chick and give her a teleprompter and explicitly tell her what "shes allowed to 'think' on air", stray from the script and youre gone then in the same breath theyll push political stories, feminism, and race baiting content, all while ignoring the complete hypocrisy of the entire ordeal. TL:DR Watch Cover 1. Read The Athletic. Listen to podcasts that arent completely commercial/handcuffed.
  22. so was OJ lollllllllllllll yep. not saying dudes a murderer, but he has the same exact mentality as OJ did. its all fake, dudes a bum
  23. "*if* Expect to sign a 3rd deal" $97m hit? He's getting a 3rd contract whether they want to or not! At minimum you're looking at him being ~33% of their cap that year lol Can't believe ownership would sign off on it. Roseman plans on not being around by then if you ask me, pull a Sean Payton if Hurts is anything other than Montana in his prime that year!
  24. Yeah, time to switch up staff. I didn't believe this report initially cause a reporter said he was doing push-ups after leaving field at same practice. Wtf! Who green lit push-ups? Who diagnosed it as minor? No salary cap on good staff, Terry needs to drill another well.
