That's really my point too. Excuses after 24 games don't fly in the NFL. He is an NFL coordinator who needs to learn how to do this. The idea that the o-line is so bad he can't do anything is BS (while true, he needs to come up with a solution, being a bottom 10 offense and conceding is not an option). If he doesn't learn how to do this, he won't have this job anymore.
