  1. By far the biggest injury on either side is TJ Watt. Rookie QB and no TJ Watt? I think the Bills cover and cover with ease. Allen finally gets a crack at them where he won't be running for his life.
  2. Why? Because they've beat the Titans by 1? We beat them by 34. Or is it their rousing wins against the Panthers and Bears? The only real team they've faced this year beat them with a backup QB. This is not a knock against Daboll or the Giants, they seem to be ahead of schedule. Hope it lasts, but probably won't. But the monumental task of turning around a team that hadn't sniffed the playoffs for 17 years was far harder than McDermott made it appear. Now they're Super Bowl favorites. He's made a few mistakes at crucial times, no doubt, but this team has shown up and played their arses off almost every game he's coached here. Over a 5 year span, that says something. While the Giants needed some work(And will for awhile), but Daboll didn't inherit that kind of disfunction and culture from the Giants. Let's see where the Giants are at the end of this year and few years down the road. My bet this year is they still finish below .500.
  3. And yet we continue to win. Only 1 person we can't afford to lose, I'll let you figure who that is.
  4. The Bills have held him in check in the 3 games against him and in the last 2 have shut him down. He's averaging less than 200 total ypg with 4 total TDs and 4 INTs. Those stats only look that good because he had 3 of those TDs in his 1st game against us. Lamar has never rush for a TD against us.
  5. I agree about KC. They've played no one so far. The Cardinals, a very average team at best. The Raiders, are currently bad team. The Colts, are currently a bad team. And the Bucs, who are struggling at 2-2. The Bucs wins are from the first 2 weeks against Dallas(with Dak) and the Saints who are 1-3. The Bucs went into last night averaging less than 18 points a game. This is not the same Bucs team from the last few years.
  6. Ef the Sqeelers and their rookie QB Kenny "only throws" Picketts!😄
  7. We should because it would be a chance for Diggs to get some money for a charity. AJ Hawk told him, on the Pat McAfee show, that he would donate to a charity of his choice if he punts a Bildo into the stands.😂
  8. Why not? You're comparing a RB who was selected early in the 2nd round(36th) and the first RB off the board with a RB drafted in the middle of the 3rd round(74th) and the 5th RB drafted that year. RB is not a position you need time to become good when your considered the top RB of your class. Plug and play. Devin's also at a disadvantage running behind this offensive line. A line no one's been able to run behind over the last 3-4 years not named Josh Allen. Running is an after thought here and is mostly done on obvious running downs. Point is their stats are nearly identical. FYI....Have you watched any Jets games this year, cause by your description of their offense it doesn't appear you that you have and you're going off old information. Their offense ranks 8th this year, only 5 slots behind us. That's far from being garbage.
  9. They haven't been able to figure it out in 2+ years, chances are it ain't happening. Besides handing it off takes the ball out of the hands of the best player in the NFL. I would agree they should keep it to a minimum until December, but Josh did a much better job yesterday of getting the yards available then getting down. Baby steps I guess. That being said, Josh isn't your normal QB, he's a big tough farm boy with a LBers mentality. The Bills offense is so much harder to defend in games that Josh makes it a point to run, ask any DC.
  10. Biggest take away from the 1st quarter of the season....When healthy we are the best team in football with a gap in between us and 2nd. When riddled with injuries we are still good enough to play with anyone, even on the road.
  11. If he had enough punts to qualify his average would be 26th best in the league(44.6) but his net punt average would be good enough for 5th(Also 44.6). He hasn't allowed a single yard in returns and he's placed 4 of his 7 punts inside the 20. Showing there's more than one way to be a successful punter in the NFL.
  12. Just no. In his first 5 years combined he had only 7 TD Catches, he already has 3 in 4 games this year. He's within 129 yards of his career best in yards with 13 games to go and is averaging 10.2 yards a catch, the best in his career. He's having a bigger impact on the offense, not lesser one.
  13. A hard disagree here. A team that pisses all over themselves quite a bit more than the other shouldn't have more 1st downs, a better 3rd down %, 4th down %, total number of plays, more total yards, less punts and a far superior defense. They have more rushing yards by 8 yards, 2 less penalty yards per game, 13 seconds more in time of possession per game and 3 less turnovers against an easier schedule, that's it. Me personally....I'd rather have our list.
  14. Yesterday he also moved into the top 150 in career passing yards.🙂
  15. Hall has 21 total yards more(291 vs 270) and an additional TD(2 vs 1) with 2 more touches(53 vs 51) than Singletary. Through 4 games that's about as close as it gets.
  16. To me Edmunds seems more aggressive this year. While he doesn't always make the play when given the opportunity, this year he's making them far more often. He's definitely taken a step forward this year. McBean may have solved their most perplexing question to date, how do we get Edmunds to improve, introduce him to a contract year. My proposal......sign Edmunds to a series of 1 year contracts until he retires.😄
  17. Wtf? Oliver has only missed 3 games in his career, the last 3 games matter of fact. First 3 years he played in every game.
  18. It happened over and over all game long. There were so many missed holding calls on the Ravens yesterday.
  19. Lol. You say one thing, but the results show something completely different. At the end of the 1st half they scored a TD with 9 seconds to go and at the end of the game they kicked a FG as time expires. That's about as perfect of a job of scoring AND draining the clock as one could ask for.
  20. Why would it matter how many losses the Bucs have, they're not in our division or conference? It does however matter, to the Bills, how many losses the Chiefs have. Think you have this *** backwards.
  21. If that's what you want to call it. 2 games in with the best QB ever has netted 4 catches for 17 yards.
  22. The Raven's secondary had been really bad so far this year, while Josh's QB Rating on passes of 20+ air yards leads the league at 152.1 If I'm the Bills I go up top early and often this week.
  23. The defense is not a shell of itself. Just played the QB with the most passing yards through 2 weeks and he failed to hit 200 yards. Bills defense leads the league in yards per game and is 4th in points per game averaging 12.7 points allowed. The biggest part of containing Lamar is the defensive line, which should be in good shape for Sunday.
  24. Lets see, not only is Allen the best player in the game he leads the league in passing, Diggs leads in receiving, the offense is 2nd in ypg and 3rd in points per game. The defense leads the league in yards allowed per game and is 4th in points per game giving up an average of 12.7. We are also the deepest team in the league. There's a list of reasons why we are favored.
  25. Yeah go spend 3+ hours running for your life in the sun on a field that's 112 degrees and lets see how routine those plays really are then. The kid played his heart out.
