  1. Let's see them come here in temperatures like the NE playoff game. Down 4 secondary guys(3 former All-Pros), 7 starters in all, start 2 rookie corners, lose one rookie corner and replace with a practice squad UDFA rookie, Waddle will need to be severely hobbled like Gabe was, lose another WR that gets some reps(Kumerow) and in the 2nd half be on their 3rd string Center and 2nd string RG & RT. Hill can only play a few plays in the 4th with frostbite(Diggs) and at the same time have their TE & #3 WR in the locker room getting warmed up(Knox & McKenzie). If they can still put up 497 yards, hold us to 212 yards and only lose by 2(But have several chances to win). Then and only then will I feel they belong on the same level as Buffalo & KC.
  2. Yes, but it was the 5th overall pick, it will now most likely be a pick in the mid to late 20s several years later. Also they didn't get 4+ years from Chubb, he missed a year and a half worth of games during that time. Only 26 sacks to date.
  3. We are going to be to the Giants, that the Panthers have been to us. Except the Giants are going to get better players from us than we got from Carolina. Good to see the kid get his chance.
  4. To add to this. When Benford got hurt he was replaced by Ingram. Who was a rookie UDFA, just called up from the practice squad the day before. Tua only had 186 yards passing, 25% of that came on one play to Waddle. Hill had 2 catches for 33 yards, by far his worst game with Tua as QB.
  5. Much like the 11/8/2020 game against the Seahawks(Josh's grandma passed away the night before). It was 70 degrees that day.
  6. You're going to have to locate your wallet before you can do that.😄
  7. Yeah, unnamed league sources believe he won't be ready until mid-December, at the earliest.
  8. Came into the league like a ball of fire, but has coasted, maybe even regressed since. An example,he has 12 tds in 2.5 seasons, not too bad. But he had 8 tds in his first 65 targets, only 4 in his last 199.
  9. Man, that play by Von on thr 4th down run is crazy. He pushed the whole right side of the line into Jones. Ar only 250 pounds, he doesn't look like he's big enough to be nearly that strong. But he is.
  10. You do? I don't think it is. They've beaten the Packers, Lions(by 4), Saints(by 3), Bears(by 7), Dolphins without Tua(by 8), Cardinals(by 8) and got throttled by the Eagles. Not counting the Miami game because of Tua's absence, they haven't beaten a decent team yet this year.
  11. It might worry me too if it weren't for the Miami game earlier this year. Did really well against Hill and Waddle. Especially with 2 rookie corners playing in their 3rd game ever.
  12. Or they'll win by 30 if the Pittsburgh game is any indication.
  13. No he plays for the Cowboys.
  14. Not to mention he's missed 23 games in his first 4 years. That's almost a season and a half.
  15. Playing off what Pat McAfee said, this is hilarious.😂😂
  16. Cover 1 had someone on in the week after the Chiefs game. His big prediction was Singletary returns next year and probably as the primary back. Don't shoot the messenger, just letting you know.
  17. I don't think people are complaining, some are simply not as high on him as others. Beane traded for him, now I just heard Pat McAfee rave about him, someone who watches every Colts game. Personally, I have more hope than I did a few hours ago.
  18. You were pointing out catch rates for both, while I pointed out big play ability for each. There's some good and bad for both.
  19. Not sure what his snap percentage was his first game. If it was 70% they weren't giving him the ball as he only had 4 carries and only 20 through the first 4 games he played. McDermott trusted Gore more and only changed when Gore started to average 2 yards a carry in games during October. There was no RB in 2019 anywhere near ad good as Singletary is today. McDermott was forced to make him the #1 RB by necessity, not choice.
  20. And Cook averages twice the yardage per reception. Hines has never had a reception as long as the one Cook had on Sunday, in 4 1/2 years. Rushing the ball Hines longest run is 34 yards vs Cook at 33 yards, again that Hines best in 4 1/2 years vs Cook who's played very little in 7 games. Cook makes bigger plays. And the Colts have had a good OL during Hines time there.
  21. On one hand, practice habits were brought up when discussing why he became the #2 RB behind Singletary. But on the other, several players have mentioned throughout the year about the unbelievable plays he makes in practice. I don't get it was he a good practice player or not? Maybe he didn't have the playback down? That and learning how to pick up the blitz probably.
  22. But, the same thing was done by McDermott with Singletary his rookie year. Until about the 2nd half of the year.
  23. I don't think he's on same level of RB as Milano is for LBers. I think they have different goals and expectations of what they can be now and in the future at their positions. He's not going to get big money anyhow. That's why I think he takes less money to stay on a team of guys he loves and continue to play for a perennial Super Bowl contender.
  24. All I know is they could move the ball passing, Ryan averaged 286 yards per game. Just threw a lot of picks and took a bunch of sacks.
