  1. I'm just happy that we are in the best case scenario that most hoped for. Nobody that I can think of on this board or in the media actually thought we'd win the division. On the other side just about everyone's best case scenario was 10-6 and challenge for (or get) a wild card birth. This is already a successful season in my book when thinking about last year and this past offseason. If we make the playoffs it's icing on the cake. That being said... Nobody in their right minds thinks of us as an automatic W anymore and they don't want anything to do with our defense in the playoffs. I think that if we get in we could even win a game or two. Hopefully something sparks offensively with Spiller back
  2. From what I can tell we want cinci to win the north and win out against denver (wk16) and pittsburgh (wk17). we want Pittsburgh to beat KC (wk16) and lose to cinci (wk17) we want KC to lose to pittsburgh (wk16) and beat SD (wk17) we want SD to lose to san francisco (wk 16) and lose to KC (wk17). we want Baltimore to lose (wk 16) AND lose to cleveland (wk 17).. In this scenario its us and pittsburgh with the wildcard. That's the best one I could come up with but it is also assuming we win the last two games and beating New England at home is easier said than done.

In this scenario its us and pittsburgh with the wildcard. 4. Needs to cut his hair.. Hippy
  5. Honestly look at EJ's total body of work vs Ortons body of work this season and it's pretty similar. So I give the edge to EJ considering he's 1 year in and Ortons 10 years in.
  6. i agree with Whaley wanting to axe Hackett. Before they axed him they brought in the "special assistant" guy from Baltimore and the QB coach from Detroit. It just makes sense to cut bait with him. If Marrone presses to keep Hackett (I actually don't believe he will) then Marrone will be gone. I think we can count on a few things this offseason... 1) Hackett is gone. 2) we acquire 2 guards that will start for us from free agency or the draft. 3)Spiller will be gone unless he signs for a very big hometown discount. 4) We draft a running back and a big WR or tight end. I promise to refer to this the day after the draft
  7. I'd bet the pats pick him up and then he burns us week 17. Would be very bellicheckian
  8. Orton is a lot better than Hoyer
  9. Manning is a wuss in the pocket for sure and he has a noodle arm now. He lobs every throw because his arm strength is limited. Also, he can barely throw much more than 30 yds downfield... But, he has won a Super Bowl and plays the position better than just about anyone ever. Greatest? No, better people are currently playing now ( Rodgers,Brady,Brees). But I just can't hate him.. Too damn smart and has great attention to detail and pinpoint accuracy on his 5-20 yard lobs
  10. Bills 250 passing + 120 rushing= 370. Denver 290 passing + 130 rushing = 420. 790... Final answer
  11. Our defense just plain tough and I do want to say that they aren't dirty. We have opponents who are weakened from a lot of football having been played and I hope our next few opponents know this and have it on their minds..
  12. the most hoodie thing would be a non-sensible return to the pats
  13. ^yep. What else could it be? second play too probably
  14. the "fecal position"? Hmm.. A real turd furgeson
  15. i stand corrected, you are right, i was at both and i was only 12 and 15 but man ... about as cold as you can imagine for 3+ hrs for sure
  16. this^ Seriously Bradford may not make it back already and if he does...he is an injury away from retirement. He is the worst option available, I would seriously take Orton or EJ over him. IF WE DONT GET SOME OLINE NEEDS FILLED AND NEW OFFENSIVE HELP WE CAN FORGET ABOUT THIS TEAM NEXT YEAR TOO! Sheesh...Bradford lmfao...
  17. I agree, and the onlly reason it was talked about is because a lot of them would have been nice gains. I look at the last two games and when Orton isn't taking sacks he is seeing ghosts and spiking the ball in the turf. Play waster
  18. Woods has turned into a prema donna cry baby. I wish we had stevie. play mike williams for now, just bench woods. Sammy is even following his lead, half assed route finishing and all. Every receiver except Hogan stunk last night and woods and watkins are finger pointers. Unfortunately we don't have the players to bench both, but i would. Brent Grimes is not a shut down corner, his career highlight was a nice play on a megatron route last week. This mixture of ridiculously bad play calling (long routes that require long periods of protection) and whiney little B!#$% receivers is unbearable. Orton threw checkdowns like he was EJ the last two games, I think our receivers are failing to recognise blitzes and break off their routes.
  19. Hoyer? No, just no. If a Hughes deal makes sense then they should do it, but with incentives based on production and games played. Spend some money on a guard for sure, get the best one in free agency. Don't get a Chris Williams. Draft the biggest receiver in the draft in the mid to late rounds. Draft a running back, fred is old. Everything else is minor compared to those needs
  20. They act like our Dline didn't crush them and prove them wrong already this season. What was it 3rd and thirty something?
  21. this^Poll the locker room, I'd bet the results would be suprising and we'd win one or two of those games that we are planning on losing this is true, they did have their best game last week but I guess I just don't trust our guards
  22. If I wasn't a Bills fan I would still look at this game and be able to tell you that the Buffalo Dline is going to take the Dolphins lunch money. Its patchwork line can't hold up. We already abused their first team once this season. We win this game hands down.
  23. I agree that it was their best effort. I was watching the game with my dad and noted that Orton kept throwing at everyones feet because he was expecting to get hit. The shocking thing is that the protection was there... and it threw his timing off. It's a real ball buster that something like that happened. The improved line play didn't help because Orton had grown not to trust them and I can't blame him. Incidently, I think Watkins wasn't playing his hardest and I know it was because he was injured but it reminded me of the lions marching an injured calvin Johnson out there for a few games this year. Blew my mind how all those pieces came together like that. McLovin' and Bryce were the chiefs best players BTW. The Oline wasn't the problem this week and Orton could be 3-3 after thursday. EJ was 2-2 when he was benched.
