  1. Yes, if I’m not mistaken he’s the first NHL player to hail from the Yukon.
  2. I see what you did there, Simon. Very sneaky. What are the odds of two guys with that name being pro athletes? I’m just glad that the Workhorse from Whitehorse is staying in Blue and Gold.
  3. I believe that it's Jane Lynch. Has anyone guessed the Jokeman's actress, cause I have no clue on that one?
  4. Herb Tarlek was one of the all-time great sitcom characters. RIP, Frank. https://www.yahoo.com/amphtml/entertainment/frank-bonner-wkrp-cincinnati-saved-182947801.html
  5. From Pee-Wee to Elvira to Silk Stockings and Seinfeld the former Groundlings member had a very unique and prolific career. RIP, John Paragon. “Mecca lecca hi, mecca hiney ho.” https://www.avclub.com/r-i-p-john-paragon-pee-wees-playhouses-jambi-the-geni-1847127094
  6. If you take a look at the original post, I have added the answer.
  7. Two former Bills made the cut: Sammy Watkins at number 50 and this guy ??? at number 17. I bet most of you won’t guess him, I know that I sure didn’t. Let’s play a game: post your guess below BEFORE you click the link to see who it is. No cheating. I bet there will be lots of great wrong answers. Don’t give it away for other participants. https://www.espn.com/college-football/insider/story/_/id/31598964/college-football-50-greatest-wide-receivers-50-years For those of you who want the answer scroll down... The answer is Josh Reed, LSU WR from 1999-2001.
  8. Ex-UFO Investigation Chief says UAPs had the capability to take US nuclear systems offline. https://in.news.yahoo.com/ex-ufo-investigation-chief-says-101540663.html?soc_src=social-sh&soc_trk=tw&tsrc=twtr
  9. I am with you on that. I’d much prefer the option to binge watch the episodes over a couple of days then waiting for one to trickle out each week. Seems very archaic. But, who am I to argue with Disney’s marketing, they seem to know what they’re doing in just about every arena.
  10. Man, once we run it, the Turtlerooski will go down as one of the greatest trick plays in history.
  11. Just watched the premiere episode. I thought it was really good and really liked Owen Wilson as Morbius. Looking forward to see where it goes from here.
  12. I was sort of on a self-imposed sabbatical from the game, however I’ve been waiting for someone to get the right answer and it doesn’t seem like anyone is narrowing in. I’m pretty sure it’s the guy from the Mod Squad. I’m not sure of the actors name and I’m too lazy to look it up right now.
  13. The best thing about that season was that it inspired this bit of stand-up comedy gold.
  14. “Medical workers reportedly found what may have been a fentanyl patch on her ***** area, though the only substance in her system was THC.“ well, that was a twist that I didn’t see coming.
  15. My pet peeve is that when you go into supermarkets in poor neighborhoods, they have the condoms in a locked cabinet. If anything, they should be handing out a free condom with every purchase. What do they want more poor people in their neighborhood that will come in and shoplift from them? If a person in a poor socio-economic situation has the foresight to keep a raincoat at the ready, let’s applaud them and not put roadblocks up in their pursuit of proper family planning.
  16. True story...
  17. That article was pure clickbait. The title is misleading as the “tackling machine” quote that supports it was Leslie Frazier describing his play last year in Houston. The “making an impact at OTAs” is referencing one pass breakup that he made of a Trubisky pass meant for Dawson Knox. Here’s what Fraizer had to say about the “impact” he hopes to get from Adams: “He did a good job in Houston - he was a tackling machine,” Frazier said. “He’s going to be fighting for a roster spot. I know Heath Farwell our special teams coach is excited about him as well. We’ll see how it goes once we get to camp and start putting the pads on. He should help us whether it be a backup linebacker or on special teams.” I hope he does well and makes the roster, but I think the journalism used in this piece is pretty poor.
  18. Winner. Somehow, he just doesn’t look right with hair.
  19. Tom Pelissero @TomPelissero The #Bills gave Reid Ferguson a $675,000 signing bonus as part of the three-year extension through 2024 that he signed today, per source. The NFL's new highest-paid long snapper.
  20. I ran across this great story about Bob Dylan that was posted in honor of his 80th birthday. It references Buffalo’s own Ani DeFranco and the Moulson Amphitheater in Toronto. Enjoy.
