Tailgate inspired. Check it out and let me know if you voted for it. If I win the $1 million I'll throw the biggest Two Bills Drive party ever. LOL https://www.dousaflavor.com/#!/my-flavors

Can't see Mack jumping Clowney and Barr in the draft, but I'd be delighted if he did. -
10 Sequels/Reboots due in Theaters in 2015
ChevyVanMiller replied to ChevyVanMiller's topic in Off the Wall Archives
I think Wreck It Ralph is the best animated movie I've seen in years. Very creative and I think John C. Reilly and Sarah Silverman were brilliant casting decisions. -
Which ones are you most anticipating? Which ones do you wish they wouldn't make? I am looking forward to the Avengers and the Fantastic Four reboot. Also, can't wait for the James Bond flick seeing as how much I enjoyed Skyfall. I could do without Independence Day II (Just think the original was a stand-alone and should be left untouched). http://wallstcheatsheet.com/stocks/10-movie-franchises-set-to-hit-the-big-screen-in-2015.html/11/

Of course the fact that he was a #1 pick matters. Teams need to hit consistent homers in the first round with their picks. The fact that EJ was considered a reach by most draft experts means that he really needed to shine this year to justify the pick. By any standards he didn't. Not saying give up on him, but the injuries coupled with the bad footwork leaves me worried about his future.

I like this assessment of the team at mid season
ChevyVanMiller replied to Kellyto83TD's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Amazing that the guy writing the Dolphins assessment didn't even mention the whole Incognito scandal. -
Baylor is killing everyone they play and, imho, they are the best team in the country right now. UB (sorry, New York State University) did what great mid-majors are supposed to do: learn from their licking by the big boys and use that knowledge to come back and crush in their conference games. So yeah, I classify what they've had as a great start.

My Thoughts Got Blown Up......
ChevyVanMiller replied to Bill from NYC's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Let me assist you this week, Bill. "Your rain falls like crazy fingers Peals of fragile thunder keeping time Recall the days that still are to come some sing blue. Hang your heart on laughing willow stray Down to the water, deep sea of love beneath the sweet calm face of the sea swift undertow." "Life may be sweeter for this, I don't know, See how it feels in the end. May Lady Lullaby sing plainly for you soft, strong, sweet and true. Cloud hands reaching from a rainbow tapping at the window, touch your hair So swift and bright strange figures of light float in air." -
I have to side with the majority and say that the game is the worst place you could bring your 1 year-old. Forget the drunks (though a fight could easily put your son in grave peril) the noise level alone is way too delicate for an infant's ears. I can't believe that the Bills would even let a child that young in - paid ticket or not.

Bills D has risen to number 1 against TEs in the NFL. Check this out from ESPN: But it's a little surprising Buffalo's defense might be capable of shutting New Orleans down. The Bills' defense ranks sixth in FO's numbers, just like New Orleans' offense. And it's almost like their scheme was designed especially to stop this particular offense. The Saints' leading receiver is tight end Jimmy Graham, and Buffalo is the best team in the league at covering tight ends. The Bills are allowing just 5.2 yards per target to tight ends (league average: 7.6), with three interceptions in 43 throws. And this is assuming Graham can even play. He's questionable with a leg injury. If Graham can't get open or isn't even on the field, whom will Drew Brees target next?

WGR reports (trade colts browns)

I saw this thread and said, Another one?, wtf." LOL -
Here is everything that is wrong with politically correct doctrines in today's world. A coach of a 7-0 team pulls his starters in the 3rd quarter of a blow-out against an 0-7 squad. His back-ups continue to roll and the final score is very lopsided. The coach of the losing team said that the winning players were very respectful and that his team is just "up against it" right now. Some, noodnik parent of the losing school files a formal "bullying" charge against the winning coach and he has to go sit with administrators and explain why he shouldn't be disciplined. People, life is often about winning or losing. Competition rules most things - jobs, government and the economy chief amongst them. It is not bullying to trounce a team while playing your back-ups. Hopefully, the kids on the losing team will suck it up and compete harder in the future. http://espn.go.com/dallas/story/_/id/9863505/aledo-football-coach-tim-buchanan-accused-bullying-91-0-win

When were you most wrong on a player?
ChevyVanMiller replied to plenzmd1's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I really thought that Anthony Gray was going to be something special. In the 1999 pre-season he led the entire NFL in rushing. Bills had Thurman, Antowain Smith, Sam Gash and Jonathan Linton ahead of him on depth chart. Bills cut him and I don't think he ever got picked up by another team. -
