Okay, here's the deal. I live in a Condo. The neighbor right across from me just installed Fios and graciously shared with me her WEP code for access to her WiFi connection. Once I got connected, I was getting 3 bars. Pages wouldn't load at all. I spent $30 on a WiFi booster antenna - now I get 5 bars and it tells me I have link and connectivity ratings in the high 80s. Now pages will download, but at an agonizing dial-up pace. Any suggestions about what else I can do? (if it matters, there are about 12 WiFi networks that show up around the condos, so they may be interfering).

I stopped eating anything after 7 PM 2.) I cut out all fast foods and junk foods 3.) I took at least 2 mile and-a-half or longer walks daily I am happy to report that by changing my lifestyle I haven't gained any of it back. If any of you have been putting off dropping some pounds there is no better time to start than right now. If I can do it, so can you. That's a great point. The Buffalo News guys and WGR 550, too have many team and field correspondents, yet none of them ever break a local story concerning signings or injury. It almost seems impossible to be that close to the team and have them constantly hand scoops to the national media.

Heard a great interview with Manny on 1270 the Fan the other day - sounded great there, too. Also, Mario was interviewed on WGR last week and was waxing poetic on the new D and what each guy brings. When asked about his old college teammate, Lawson, he quipped: "Manny brings a whole lot of bones." \Sounds like the two of them are tight so maybe Manny will help put the "Super" back in Mario this year.
