Could 2013 Have Been The Worst Ever Draft for QB's ??
ChevyVanMiller replied to T master's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yes, it was the worst QB year ever. And we had an outgoing, in over his head, GM who telegraphed his desire to get the Bills a franchise QB as his last act before retiring. You can't make this Billsey stuff up. -

National media slowly circling the wagons

It's hard to think that he wouldn't be good for 6 sacks at a minimum. That step is lethal and Star and Dirty Harry will be eating up blockers inside. -
Bigger chokers than the Jim Kelly Bills?
ChevyVanMiller replied to Pine Barrens Mafia's topic in Off the Wall Archives
They perfectly two-man boxed him to the corner and he put up a shot that went 18.5 feet in the air before hitting the front of the fore-rim and somehow rotated forward to hit the rim three more times before falling in. Oh, and Toronto was the favorite playing at home in Game 7 before a raucous crowd. But, yeah, you can call that a choke job. -
One of the all-time beauties of the world. RIP

I'm not sure if this qualifies, but once I was playing a round at Hickory Stick in Lewiston with three buddies and two women were playing a hole behind us.. One teed off and watched in horror as her ball headed directly toward us. The ball hit me. I immediately clasped my hands together at my groin, fell to the ground and proceeded to roll around in agony. The woman rushed down to me, and immediately began to apologize. “Please allow me to help. I’m a physical therapist and I know I could relieve your pain if you’d allow me,” she told me . “Oh, no, I’ll be all right. I’ll be fine in a few minutes,” I replied. It was obvious that I was in agony, lying in the fetal position, still clasping my hands together at my groin. The female golfer/therapist, her name turned out to be Linda, urged me to let her help me, so at her persistence, I finally allowed her to help. She gently took my hands away and laid them at my side, loosened my pants and put her hands inside. She administered tender and artful massage to my privates for several long moments and then asked, “How does that feel”? I replied, “That feels great, but my thumb still hurts like Hell!”

Agreed, but I have a friend that does it, I'd rather come by my produce on the up and up. LOL

I offering this one from a friend: At supermarkets where they have self check-out you can purchase, oh say, Honeycrisp apples at a deep discount by typing in the code for a much cheaper variety, like McIntosh.

One of the coolest things to do in Pittsburgh seems to be unknown to many locals - a tour of the Bayernhof Mansion. Charles B. Brown III was an eccentric millionaire that died in 1999. He willed his mansion to O’Hara Township just outside of Pittsburgh and asked that it be made into a museum open to the public. It opened in 2004 and people were amazed at what they saw inside the Bavarian-style Mansion: “Highlights of the house include secret passageways, 11 wet bars, a cave, an observatory, stunning views of the Allegheny river, and an indoor pool with a 10-foot waterfall...and then you add in the music machines.” The music machines referenced are what is considered to be the world’s largest collection of self-playing instruments. Pianos, violins, horns, drums, even a banjo all come to life and play music for visitors to the museum. The good news is that tours are just $10. The bad news is that reservations are needed 2-4 weeks in advance, so this trip may be out for you. It is definitely a must-do day trip for anyone in WNY.
