  1. IMHO I think there is minimal chance getting a CB in round one. 15%. If it was my choice I would say zero.
  2. I strongly would prefer to give Murphy’s money to Shaq and/or Phillips.
  3. If we have to pick between Murphy and Shaq, and we probably do, I would strongly prefer Shaq. We really don’t need to cut Murphy until the 11th hour IF we need to cut him. He would be a late cut. IMO we will need his roster spot before the cap space.
  4. Agreed, I think KC is the worst matchup for us.
  5. Not sure on Edelman. But, 2 of the 4 are with the Browns with expensive contracts at the same position. Haha, go Browns?!
  6. Like a poster said above, Woods wanted to go back to the West Coast, IMO I don’t think we could have resigned Woods for any amount. I also think the Bills had too much uncertainty at the time (aka. Dumpster Fire) when he didn’t resigned. Even if the Bills wanted to resign Woods that offseason, it was an offseason, where the WR average annual price in WRs jumped quite a bit. I think that offseason #2 and #3 WR money almost doubled. In closing, it was bad timing with our rebuild, inflation in the NFL with the cap and Woods didn’t want to be here. I wish Woods well, I think he is a great professional and balanced WR and Bob Woods is F’ing crazy!
  7. Awesome! I didn’t realize he went to concussion protocol.
  8. Here is my thoughts and Shaq analysis.... - a reach when drafted - drafted for a 3-4 defense - missed training camp his rookie year and first 8 games (approximately) - team had poor management, coaching, leadership - earned playing time and confidence with McD - we have heard from Shaq and Inner circles of the Bills Shaq has learned how to be a professional and prepare as one - now in 4th year performing - one of very few holdovers from previous regime, adapted and grew as a person, player and professional - a late bloomer with the right direction, coaching, health and environment - IMO he can’t be a #1 DE - BUT, is a good #2, very good #3 What is that worth. $8-10 million a year? 4 year deal front loaded. No brainer. $12 million plus and I am not sure the value. We do have cap room now to front load. Hughes is fine. Cut Murphy. Draft a pass rusher. Sign Shaq. Franchise Philips if we can’t sign him. If we can sign him....similar deal as Shaq. Less years on Phillips the better with Harrison and Oliver.
  9. I don’t think that gets us to #2 overall. I agree our drafting has been great, steady and consistent. I think we should stick to that process one more year. That would include DE and WR this year. That would pretty much address every position on our team in the last 3-4 drafts with impact players that fit out process and schemes. That would give us a strong base of talent, depth and upside at all positions. Then plug and play through the draft moving forward. Keep up the great drafting. Then the following year and moving forward it would be more flexible to trade up for those types of players. But, not make a habit of it. We have a great blueprint. Let’s rinse and repeat our off seasons. Don’t need to get fancy and make the big splash and win the offseason. JMO Agree on everything...
  10. That would be an exciting road playoff game. I think we can beat anyone on the road...but, even more so in Houston. Go Bills!
  11. Totally agree with that moment in time and confirmation for me too!
  12. Polamalu and Hutchinson are standouts for me.
  13. Gobble, gobble! Happy Thanksgiving! Go Bills!
  14. I agree I think he should be fired. For at least 4 years Jason Garrett has under performed (IMO) based on potential. The Cowboys should have been very dominate the last 4 years, but, they are always just in the (upper) of the middle pack.
  15. I agree. I think we will take care of Dallas and have a chance against Baltimore. I have faith in McD coming with a great Defensive game plan against Baltimore. If we move the ball on Offense we can win the game. Go Bills!
  16. Totally agree. He has been bad and isn't getting any better. He tried to get too fancy.
  17. I think both games will be tough. I have a different feeling about the games. I think we will win the Dallas game and think the Broncos game could be more challenging. I think we match up very well against the Ravens and am confident McD will have a great game plan for that game.
  18. Over night thought....go back to bed
  19. I am pleased with the signing. Cautiously optimistic, but, nothing to lose. Seems like perfect timing for everyone.
  20. I agree we need more playmakers, but, we aren’t getting them this year. The sky is not falling. Picks and sacks are not the only ways to account for “making plays” on D. Brown, Milano, Poyer and Hyde do make plays. They are playmakers. Agreed to disagree on that.
