  1. I would love these two moves! I think the only reason we have not extended DaQuan is because Daquan has not wanted to be extended at what the Bills are offering. He clearly is our best DT and at a bargain for his production or at least market value. I think we WILL see an extension in the coming days. Oliver serves no purpose on our DL rotation at that price. I would love to reallocate his money/cap to another position. What happens if Oliver has a monster year in 2023? IMO he hits free agency and leaves. We can't afford to resign him. And, I don't think he will have a monster year. I really don't see a benefit in keeping Oliver. Trade him for a 7th and free up the cap space. If you can get more than a 7th, have at it.
  2. I like Hines better, but, way different backs.
  3. Not impressed with that signing for that cost.
  4. Bahahaaahaaa! Good on him and his agent. Might be tougher to sign a contract for him this year.
  5. His ability to stay healthy is my concern, but, not against Jeudy. I just don't think it would go well for the Bills and their needs.
  6. I love trading Ed Oliver for a bag of football just to reallocate his cap space. Love extending Jones. Cutting McKenzie is absolutely fine by me too. Hines is better than McKenzie. None of this kicks the can down the road on cap either. How much does this save? Ed Oliver - $10.2 McKenzie - $2.6 Jones - not sure?
  7. I think Hopkins would kill the cap. Not on board with getting a RB. However, Henry interests me as he is a freak at his position and would bring something special to the table. We need to keep our first 3 picks this year. If a 3rd does it for Henry AND we have to find cap room, I would be in.
  8. D'Quan or nobody. He is a non impact, undersized, rotational player and we have plenty of players in that rotation.
  9. I like that. I would be fine extending Dawkins if we need the money. I would not touch Diggs contract under any circumstances.
  10. All good points, very interesting and the Pats ** have cap space to burn, I think.
  11. I would like this a lot!
  12. I would hate that too and great call on the potential issues of the potential rule change. That is just poppycock.
  13. Two years for $12 million for Poyer, $6 per year. ALL DAY! Hope it happens!
  14. I think it does...Poyer may be back. The Fish have not signed Poyer yet. Doing GREAT Bobby! Thanks!
  15. We could cut Hines or trade him and save $4.5.
  16. Sooner than I thought. I thought the suspension was unjustly long. But, thought he would miss the beginning of the season still. Interesting and good for the Jags.
  17. Agreed Totally agree, I think Bates is better at LG (and covers back up C).
  18. Agreed. If Ike is our 6th or 7th best Olinemen that can't play Center we are doing well. In 2021, when Ike started our Oline was above average or the best it has been in the Beane/McD era. Bates and Ike are very serviceable. Sign one great Olinemen and draft one early and we can turn this around quick. Ike back after a year recovered from injury is an upgrade. Agreed, go get an above average Guard in FA. I like Bates more than you. But, Bates and Ike are not two answers, but part of one answer and a back up. IMO, between the two of them they can play one starting OG position. Great contract on Ike!
  19. Knox had a TD in 5 straight games at the end of the season, maybe 6.
  20. Nice, thank you! Cool, great points!
  21. It is not over. But, he is being extremely stubborn and unrealistic and it is negatively effecting his career. He does not have an agent, correct? Another example of being stubborn and counting every penny. Rarely can someone double dip both ends AND win. He seems to not be the exception.
