  1. I got the alert and my first thought was why? The place where we have the best depth? Get a linebacker or offensive linemen.
  2. Who? And why? Somebody get hurt?
  3. Vernon davis is blaming Greg roman for his drop off in production. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000497144/article/vernon-davis-49ers-game-planning-behind-2014-woes
  4. Taking it back to accounting class 😲
  5. Marv also hired dick Jauron..."they can't all be winners" (billy bob Thornton, Bad Santa)
  6. Dude was def solid before injuries. I would def take a flier on him for depth, if not challenge for the rt tackle spot. He would probably come cheap, and be competition for our other tackles.
  7. Seems as though the Pegula's actually care about what us fans actually think. That being said, they stepped in to make sure Fred wasn't released. He'll be on this roster this year. I can see a qb released though, although Rex says he can't see that happening.
  8. No, Matt Cassel is not an athletic freak, but to call a pro ATHLETE unathletic is just silly. The guy is a drafted 2 sport athlete. Do you have any idea how much of a stud you need to be to make it in any sport. Apparently if you don't run a 4.3, you aren't athletic.
  9. A veteran without athleticism? The guy was a 2 sport athlete at USC and was drafted by both the MLB and the NFL. Seems these days if your a pocket passer you're no longer an athlete. This article looks like that one bleacher report about Cassel having 1 bad day. I myself am def rooting for EJ to win...I want a franchise qb like all of us and not some retread, I just hope he somehow learned to hit his open receivers.
  10. Cassel, tyrod, or Manuel will be cut, whomever plays the worst, but they will keep 3 qbs with Simms as the much cheaper 3rd string.
  11. We never hear about Cockrell (I just giggled as I wrote that), how's that kid developing? He's got the size...has anyone read or heard anything about him? Remember when the Fins had both sam smith and vontae "can I call my grandma" davis? !@#$in Jeff Ireland, guys such a Tard.
  12. I wonder if I can get a discount as a nyc season ticket holder...that'd be nice
  13. If you want to go you can have my 2 tix
  14. This will be my 3rd year as a season ticket holder, and I have yet to attend one of these events. I live in Yonkers and it takes me 6 hours to get up to Buffalo. For any of you guys that have been to event, is it worth the ride for me? The only thing pushing me to go is the locker room tours and such..your guys thoughts?
  15. Touché...I did a search and didn't see it.
  16. Marcel Dareus will be joining Willy McGinest tonight @ 9 on game changers on the NFL N. The two will be putting the top d-lineman in the draft through different tests to see who's ready for the next level. Should be a decent watch.
  17. Good news. He underwhelmed last year. With a healthy offseason I expect him to return to his 2013 form.
  18. Waste of time Solomon Wilcox making a big stink about how josh mccown "flat out turned us down." We offered less money and less years...retard.
  19. Ej Manuel will be interviewed on NFL network tn @ 7. Just a FYI.
  20. I still have my seats in 120...I thought by this time last year I was contacted to upgrade. Has anyone got the upgrade notice or are they just waiting bc tickets are flying off the shelves?
  21. There's no question cordy Glenn can play LT. He has proved that beyond a doubt. He has the size, length, weight, and quick feet. I think people are enamored with the fact that he COULD possibly be an all-pro guard given his all-sec background at the position as well as his success at the tackle position. To me it's not really where each player lines up but rather which combination gives us our best line. Seantrel is our best athlete on the line. If he could somehow live up to the hype he's been getting since high school and play the LT position at least as well as Cordy, imagine where our line could be. This is all a lot of what-ifs, but it would be incredible if CK could come in strong this year and be that RT. We would have one of biggest, youngest lines around. For argument sake (that's all this is) imagine CK living up to his 2nd round grade, cordy being an all pro at guard, Seantrel becoming the guy he's supposed to and you've got a hell of a line. Seantrel-cordy-wood-incognito-CK. Hypothetically speaking if Cordy moved to guard this year and played at an all pro level, he might be worth more on the open market as he's proved himself versatile, which coaches love. Plus it opens up a lot more job openings for him.
  22. So you're saying that the Seahawks and patriots early season line problems were remedied by steroids and HGH lol? What a cop-out.
