Love it, if it works out...assets

Totally miscast in a Rex defense...he’s a 4-3 d end, not an outside linebacker. Rex was enamored with Clemson players, Shaq himself was quoted as not understanding why Whaley drafted him for Rex scheme. I’d like to give him another year, hopefully stay healthy and put it all together. Not much depth at the end spots

Me too...but I think he wanted to be in LA, he spurned the Bills.

What The Heck Happened With Karlos Williams?
Codyny13 replied to BuffaloRush's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Sad story. Followed him on IG until recently when I asked myself what am I doin following this guy? Dude wears blue contacts. That’s enough for me. I remember they had a go fund me for the young kids disease. Sad, he should be making money hand over fist if he wasn’t a moron. -
Eh, I can’t see it happening. Even if Gronkowski doesn’t retire, the pats might be inclined to part ways with him anyways. BB is known to cut bait with some good players on the downslope of their careers. Gronk would still be a force if he decides to keep playing, I’d say for at least another 3 years, as long as he’s healthy. That being said, if he doesn’t retire, and the pats move on, I can’t see them doing business with an afc east rival. BB takes players from the Bills, he doesn’t give them any. Especially the most dominant TE ever. IMO

If the Bills get a veteran QB...........
Codyny13 replied to njbuff's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Haven’t heard any mention of AJ McCarron much on the board or on the radio. If he becomes a free agent I wouldn’t mind bringing him to battle with Peterman. Worse comes to worse you have a solid backup qb. Don’t think he’d break the bank, and has shown enough to rival the 2nd and 3rd qb prospects in this draft imo. -
Thought he played his best game of the year against the Jags. In fact he was awesome. That being said he can’t play a linebacker position where he’s forced to cover. I️ agree he’s gotta be used situationaly as a rusher or short yardage backer. But he’s a “football player.”

Why did teams let Micah Hyde and our current players go?
Codyny13 replied to Billsfed's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think our coach values versatility more than the average bear. Especially guys like Hyde and Poyer. These were guys that didnt have set positions, but for McD it fits what he does so well. Other guys on your list like Hughes and Lorax were brought here by other coaches and have played at a high level before, they just happen to be high character guys as well. -
Mcdermott did the same thing to our offense as Rex did
Codyny13 replied to Yeezus's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Although I despise this offense so far, its hard to watch. I disagree that he refuses to change it. The last couple of weeks youre starting to see Richie pull more, and some power run plays. I think after the bye youll see more of it as the tape shows that they just dont run the zone well. I think they wanted to give the zone more then just a couple of weeks to work out, after they implemented and ran it all summer. Now its time to change some things. -
Has any of you had horrible experience of hearing the patriots radio broadcast on Sirius radio or wherever? These guys are the biggest jerk offs youll ever hear calling a game. First the unicorn, rainbows and Tom Brady call for a couple years ago up to today where they cant give the jets one single good play commentary. Interception...shoulda been pass interference on Skrine, hit to Hogan, defenseless receiver, pass to Gronk, shoulda been interference. But the main reason for this rant today, is the audacity to say on the radio that Chris Hogan is a lacrosse player that the PATRIOTS turned into a receiver. The last 4 years of this guys career didnt happen. I hate everything about that franchise, and that really grinded my gears.

The bucs do not look like a good team. They cant catch the ball, Winstons accuracy looks all over the place and their defense cant play a ball in the air. Plus they cant tackle, even though missing Lavontae David hurts. Not impressed.

Who do you think will be a surprise cut on saturday?
Codyny13 replied to outsidethebox's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This is the one battle that's killing me. Ducasse is literally terrible and John Miller has pro bowl potential. How is this even a thing? It's like having Jordan mills battle cordy glenn for the LT spot. Get that bum outta here! -
My thoughts on today's trades...
Codyny13 replied to gr8billsfan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He's actually a 5'11 cb who does have only 2 career ints in 26 games ...the same as Ronald Darby has in his career, who's also 5'11 in 29 games -
As soon as those notifications came across my heart sank like a lot of you I'm sure. A big why? Mainly bc I think Sammy has the potential to be special. Problem is, injuries have stopped that and the bills actually made a calculated move to get value for a player they probably weren't going to pay. Rico's system plays to the intermediate. Jordan Matthews, a big bodied, reliable 75 catch a year guy gives you someone that fits into that system. Add on the eagles teammates rave that he's the best teammate in the room and you have the perfect McDermott guy. They sacrifice a big play guy for the reliable west coast offense guy. Looking at the trades it's easier to match up who we got for who we gave up. Ronald Darby is a good young player, a man to man cover corner...something that McD and Frazier don't ask their corners to do much. You bring in another good young corner (not as athletic, doesn't need to be) to fill that role. Again scheme fit. Add on the addition of a 2nd and 3rd rounder and I think you have a complete win. We have essentially replaced what we lost for the present and added more draft stock for next year with 2 1st's, 2 2nd's, and 2 3'rds. So after my initial shock, mostly because of my love and attachment to the players, I am extremely happy to finally have a front office and a coach that knows what their doing and can build this team. Plus we gained cap space. Barnidge? No splash, it's clear that our team leaders are on the same page. I for one, am all aboard. Go Bills! F*ck Rodak. O

Had to have had a setback in his recovery or brass just had enough of waiting for a guy they didn't pick. Hopefully he gets his speed back and gets another shot.

Still the best qb we've had since Bledsoe if not before hand...I don't like anyone in the draft as a first year starter...pick it up -
Hey 'Trucker John'! You out there? (in here?)
Codyny13 replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I can tell you he's happy to see Rex gone, but I remember him being very upset and wanting the whole front office gone, mostly Russ Brandon. I've been away myself, kinda interested what he thinks of the new hires. -
Shaq Was on the pup list not IR

I'd like to send a mid round pick to Cleveland for Terrelle Pryor. He's on a one year deal and I can't imagine he'd wanna return there, plus they're trash and goin nowhere. Our receiving core is depleted and not great to begin with.
