  1. He was already much better at the end of the year when he was getting rookie of the month honors. This was a 19 year old kid when he came in to the league, with freakish upside, are we really talking about moving him already ?‍♂️.
  2. An above average player on a bad team, the exact player he was with the Texans. I can understand not liking the contract, which would be Buddy Nix’ fault not his. As far as effort, the last year under Rex, I get it, he was completely unfit for the scheme Rex ran and he made it known with body language. Ryan and the defensive staff did a horrible job adapting the scheme to fit the players on the roster. They turned the 2nd rated defense into a middling unit that used disguises to try and fool opposing offenses rather than using the best d line talent we’ve arguably ever had to wreak havoc. He was being misused and didn’t handle it great, but the bills got the player they bought, a double digit sack guy used to try and hide the fact we still had no qb and no chance of sustained winning.
  3. Your draft board isn’t done by need. It’s done by grade, but if the value and grade match up with a position of need you take it.
  4. Mario Williams was in his prime, and was a double digit sack man 3 of 4 years. Never got the hate.
  5. Are we in such a rush to post topics that we can’t write titles properly?
  6. Has anyone heard anything about Williams? Googling his name, I haven’t seen any news
  7. What the $&?!? Poyer has been awesome for this team...
  8. Yea I’ve brought this up before. He’s atrocious, half the time he gets names wrong, the other half he’s talking about the wrong guy, and the way he says Lotulelei makes me cringe. Makes me long for Donald Jones.
  9. I think he’ll be better this year. Got the comeback year under his belt, I expect 7 sacks if he’s healthy.
  10. Yea most picks saw him as a late first, saw another mock had him at first pick in the 2nd. A top 10 pick seems to be alil of a reach, although I admit I don’t know much about him, and edge guys can easily get pushed forward.
  11. You can disagree if you’d like, np, I’m sure some people did, there’s also plenty of ppl that never watched a single Texas Tech game, see how good he is now and say how bad it hurts, but how many people went into the draft saying the one guy I want in this draft is Pat Mahomes.
  12. So many ppl say Mahomes, but that’s a hindsight pick, not many ppl thought he was going to be as good as he is. I could pick a 100 players I wish we could have had after we found out how good they were in the league. That being said, Luke Kuechly was the pick I was crossing my fingers for and clenching during every pick announcement. That’s the one I remember really letting me down, watching him get picked right before us.
  13. Looks you read Daniel Jerimiah’s mock draft today. Marquise Brown, WR School: Oklahoma | Year: Junior Brown is a DeSean Jackson clone. He has a similar build and the same explosive playmaking skills as the Bucs wide receiver. He lines up outside and in the slot. He easily defeats press coverage with his quickness -- and when corners elect to play off coverage, he eats up their cushion in a hurry. He is a blur on deep posts and go routes, showing both suddenness off the line and another gear once the ball is thrown to him
  14. How anybody can come up w something negative here is really incredible. Two kids with massive arms throwing for FUN...god forbid.
  15. I was just about to write this. Listed at 5’11” but I remember somebody in an interview stating he wasn’t over 5’9”. Unless you get concrete info that you’re going in the 1st and get that guaranteed money go play baseball.
  16. Essentially you’re paying for the right to that seat. Separate to your season ticket price.
  17. Just filled it out myself. Wondering what you guys up there in buffalo prefer. Renovating or a downtown stadium?
  18. Couldn’t care less who we beat in the super bowl, but it’d be nice to knock off the patriots on the way there.
  19. I get what you’re saying about experience but I want as much top talent on that roster as I can get. If those young players beat out veterans for a job, so be it. McBeane made the point of having one solid veteran in each position group, I think they’ll have that.
  20. Probably shitting my pants, or scaring my grandmother, maybe throwing rocks at the neighborhood alley cats. Whatever toddlers did in ‘93.
  21. He’s in the playoffs, that’s all they care about. Also, you never hear about him running non stop and not throwing. Black qb stigma to white.
