Kiko did win the NFL sports writers award last month. Two good players, Kiko did fade late in the year and was responsible for a couple of very long runs when he over ran the play. Richardson will get bigger and it will only slow him down and sacks will suffer. Kiko will get bigger and stronger and will become more dominant over time. I like who we got regardless of the award!

#13 FeartheLosing said it best - OL must be addressed. Spiller tackled n the backfield, no push from the OL, EJ sacked...all starts up front. Must draft OT and LG or go big in FA. If I had to pick between the two, I think Mack is a better local story and hopes he does well in the NFL. I wouldn't pick either at 9.

These scope procedures are in fact minor. ACL MCL is much much different and much worse. The best news is the EJ seems committed to rehabing and then wearing a knee brace going forward. No QB should be drafted before the fourth round. We have huge needs on the OL and LB, not to mention TE and WR. Draft for need. RT, LG, MLB, WR, TE in that order. QB only if a suprise slides way down.

Not a RT but rather THE RT! I can't comment on Lewan, but if either of the other two slide to 9 we should grab him. Depth at OL is a must and we need athletes, not fat slow OLmen. These guys can start at RT, develop and then we have the luxary of choosing between them and Glenn. If neither of the top two guys is available then I'd pick WR and grab a OT in the second round. LB and LG are available in FA and in later rounds. Alonso will be even better next year. Resign Byrd or franchise him. EJ gets one more year to progress or if not, he gets replaced in the next draft which is when these young OL will begin to mature and peak.
