  1. 100% The fear is palpable. Barr and Pompeo are the biggest targets right now outside of 45 himself. "Wrap up smears" happening all over the place -- but so far none are sticking. It's a dangerous tactic for the coup-plotters to employ... and I hope/suspect it's going to cost them in the end.
  2. I agree. They thought it was a certainty that she would win, but still had to find a way to not only give some polish to the campaign -- but also head off any potential House investigations into President Clinton's email scandal. So Comey is trotted out to read off all the reasons why she should have been prosecuted (so he can look impartial) only to ultimately let her skate. It was supposed to be a win for Comey (he's impartial!) who was angling to remain her FBI chief, and a win for Clinton (no more email scandal investigations). Plus, they knew they were about to hit the Trump campaign and media with the "Russia and Trump are conspiring together" narrative. They had been building it up for a month and a half prior to Comey's July press conference -- and knew they had more coming. The campaign and Comey figured whatever negative media hit they'd take for Comey "going rogue" would be memory-holed by the public once the Russia story started hitting the bloodstream.
  3. How dare he... (checks notes) ...Clean up the needles and trash on our streets! /Antifa of Portland
  4. *********** As someone who works in TV a lot -- that's a big drop.
  5. Yup. Because they want to be able to run 2020 ads against "vulnerable" GOP Senators who are "guilty of a cover-up". If they can't beat Trump at the ballot box (which they can't, and they know it), then they can try to take the Senate away from him (all fair) and/or delegitimize his second term (unfairly/despicably so).
  6. Correct -- with one big name left off your list: "The president wants to know everything we are doing." Page to Strzok text
  7. Yup. Comey "cost Hillary the election" with his press conference about NOT charging her for the email scandal. That's the line the left uses. The reality is, of course, Comey's not on the right or the left. He's establishment to his core, and the establishment plays both sides against the middle. At the time of that press conference the FBI, CIA, DOJ, and White House were actively working to assure that HRC was going to be elected the next president. Comey knew that she would win, he was promised as such. So what could a press conference hurt, he figured. Maybe he could get some cred for his own reputation by holding the press conference (where he let her skate from serious legal peril) and that would be the end of it. He never expected she would lose. And when she did, Comey and all the rats became vulnerable to exposure for the crimes they'd been committing.
  8. Paging, @Capco: You can run if you want, but it'd be a hell of a lot cooler to have a conversation. In your opinion, who interferred more in the 2016 election: the Russians and their proxies, or our own US intelligence services? Show your work if you wouldn't mind.
  9. Because Flynn was fighting the system. Comey was fighting for the system. One's David without the slingshot, the other is Goliath backed up by 1000s of other Goliaths. But Flynn's still got more to say.
  10. It's an Antifa/progressive thing ripped from a Carlin bit: Homeless people aren't homeless, because "home" is a concept. They're houseless.
  11. Not for this thread. It's been covered in the DS thread, but I couldn't tell you when and would have to search for it. But, if you're curious, just look at Comey's jobs before he was the head of the FBI. Then look at how those cases intersected with various accusations of Clinton's pay-for-play scandals. He's been a cog in the machine for a very long time.
  12. ************************** Depends on the scenario In this case, Comey knew what he was doing and did it willingly. One could argue he did it effectively too as that briefing and subsequent leak to CNN launched the "Trump is an agent of Putin" narrative into the stratosphere. So much so that even @Capco and others still don't realize how badly they were lied to by our intelligence services for the purposes of overthrowing a legally elected POTUS -- not because he was a threat to the country or the people, but because he was a threat to them.
  13. It wasn't incompetence. It was intentional deceit on behalf of Comey. He was actively involved in sedition, and knew it.
  14. Comey used that piece of the dossier to brief Trump, then leaked it to CNN (through Clapper to Tapper) so that they could report on the dossier. Even though the FBI already knew at the time Comey briefed Trump on the dossier that it was garbage.
  15. There's NO evidence to support this notion. The only evidence ever presented to support this, the January '17 ICA, has been blown to bits by other evidence. Wrong. This is the conclusion I reached after doing three years of legwork on it myself. I'll prove it: Quick, answer me this: Who interfered in the 2016 election more, the Russians or our own government? Go.
  16. Quick: What's the relevance to Trump/Epstein in terms of the Ukraine. GO
  17. Because he's a deeply stupid person who thinks he's "trolling" the thread with irrelevant pictures about a man he defended (by claiming, for years, that there were no elite pedophile rings servicing DC and other power players). He's got a broken brain.
  18. You called it a cult of personality. Straight from the MSNBC talking points. And you've yet to answer my questions about Trump/Russia. Do you still believe that there was anything to it? Or do you understand that it was a set up, a lie, a complete piece of fiction crafted by the intelligence services (our OWN intelligence services)? If you do realize that, why aren't you mad as hell at the people who misinformed you for three+ years, who lied to your face because they thought you were too stupid to see through their lies?
