It's hilarious that the same underinformed people keep falling for the same trick, and in @Bob in Mich 's case, they are too far gone to even recognize the pattern. They're so quick to jump on the bandwagon being driven by proven liars (who lied to them for three years about Russia, lied to us about WMD, lied to us about mass surveillance -- but to to uninformed their track record is not known, interesting, or important to their cause -- which is not truth) that they always fail to see the bigger picture. What's the bigger picture? Just like how the tapes from earlier in the week wound up eviscerating the central plank of the dem's case (Trump wanted the ambassador out a year before Biden was even running -- oops) -- so to does Bolton's "leak" (which still hasn't been seen, quoted, or stated outright): Thinking for oneself is hard work. Bob and others keep proving they're too lazy to do that work. They were warned:

“No I will not think for myself! How dare you ask me to do something I’ve proven I’m incapable of doing!” Sums up why Bob is so, so lost in a perfect two sentences.

So which one is cultish and unwilling to accept reality? I can prove what I said — you cannot prove the inverse. The media spent three years telling you what was false was actually true — while calling trump a liar. Cognitive dissonance hurts. But you can work through it if you’re willing to be honest and reassess what you think you know.

Question: Have you acknowledged the fact that the Russian collusion/conspiracy narrative was a complete hoax, fomented and pushed by the previous administration while they abused the massive powers of surveillance and the intelligence communities in an effort to overturn a legitimate election? Trump didn't do that. Obama did. That's not theory. It's proven fact. Have you acknowledged it, or accepted it? Have you personally held accountable the news sources who lied to your face (knowingly) for three plus years in an effort to divide the country, not report truth? Or nah?

I mean -- I understand misspeaking on air while reading a prompter, but I don't know how you mistakenly say a hard N when you're trying for a soft LA. MSNBC in a nutshell.

Agreed. The deserved it comment was the subtext, not overt statements (by media -- online it's a different story where people are saying that, but that's not the real world).

The establishment media is truly terrible. I get that it's a story, but give it a day or two (or week) before launching into what's is essentially "he deserved it" coverage. (Daily Beast and WaPo reporter) The entire coverage today has been terrible. From top to bottom.

This, plus the fact the "big" tape has Trump saying "Take out" the ambassador a full year before Biden is even running, absolutely destroys the dems impeachment case. Every bit of it. The fact that tapes, once again, are vindicating Trump rather than condemning him is what? Just him getting lucky again? Or something more? (We're watching theater)
