Which, literally, the media was doing. And you were parroting them whether you realize it or not. And in doing so, you've allowed yourself to get swept up into arguing against what he never even suggested in the first place.

You just keep proving you're a victim of the media spin, rather than an honest observer of events. Trump said he hoped to be open by Easter, because it would be a powerful image considering the holiday itself. That's miles away from the implication you're making.

Which, again, begs the question why the press immediately twisted a long used treatment (and common knowledge) into something else? (Because the media isn't about truth or honesty -- especially on this topic)
