Actual tapes of what? The call? The same call Obama's DOJ said nothing illegal happened on? That one? Or do you mean the original 302 which the FBI agents illegally edited after their interview with Flynn? Which one do you think has more bearing on this case?

With the specific intent to force a conversation with the incoming NSA chief, which you then would leak and politicize in order to undermine the incoming administration and mire them in a completely invented scandal. That's seditious.

Especially when the claims of obstruction involve no actual obstruction of the investigation itself, but instead venting and ranting about how he's innocent (which he was).

Chance for you to show your legal chops: why was it problematic for the Mueller team to do this? What are the long term implications to the grand jury system itself if it's allowed to be revealed (without charges being brought from said material, which Mueller had the opportunity to do but did not)? Once you answer that, you'll have to revise your scoreboard. Unless you're fake news.

You could, you know, read the report: Of course, we know that the call was fine. Nothing illegal happened on it, the DOJ (Obama's DOJ) cleared Flynn and the call before the FBI ambushed Flynn in the White House. We also know the same FBI agents then altered and edited their notes of their meeting with Flynn and no one, not even the judge on the case, has seen the original unedited 302. When you don't know the BASIC facts of this case, which you have proven you do not, you end up making an ass out of yourself more often than not. GJ material wasn't part of the official report. It never is. Keep spinning and showing that you don't know up from down on this issue. It's working out well for you.
