nope. He and Chandler should have been cut after the game against the Falcons up in Toronto.

The QB with the 141 QB rating for the game choked? What an awful take.

This is true. The segment with Chris Dimino was hilarious.
Honestly, there are a lot of parallells to be drawn between those 90's Braves and the Bills of that era. The enthusiasm at the beginning of the Braves run was off-the-charts, especially in 1991 - the worst to first season. After a while, the fans just got used to winning and interest died off. The same thing happened to the Bills throughout the 90's. Let's not forget, the Frank Reich Comeback Game was NOT sold out and blacked out locally.
The big difference between the two is this: Now that they are bad, there is zero enthusiasm for the Braves, while the Bills have somehow become even more popular.
What is your perspective of Atlanta?
The local sports talk guys had Dan on the radio on Tuesday. They actually did a good job of ripping him apart and making him look really foolish and lazy.

Farve was drafted by Atlanta.
This is correct. He was known as "Buckhead Brett" during his time here. (which would be the same has being called "Chippewa Brett" in Buffalo) Getting sent to Green Bay was the best thing for him.

You can have Danny Crossman for.....$4 million
This!

Ouch!
The only real red flag for Sean McDermott as possible Bills coach is that he's willing to take the Bills job.
yes, but what does the great Jim Brinson think about it?

Patricia has been anointed the heir apparent in NE once Belichick retires. If you were Patricia would you rather take the Bills job and get fired in two years, or wait it out and inherit the Cadilac?

BILLY FRIKIN BUFFALO

I'd love to see a division with the Bills, Lions, Steelers, and Browns. Every game would be an easy drive.

Kyle Williams, Eric Moulds, & Ruben Brown with Moulds being the most worthy. He came out of that great draft class for receivers in 1996 and he was as good as any of them with the exception of Terrel Owens. That includes Marvin Harrison who had the good fortune of being paired with Peyton Manning for years. Moulds, on the other hand, was great with multiple QB's (Flutie, Johnson, Bledsoe) and a variety of offensive systems. Plus, he passes the eye test. He was a ton of fun to watch. Also. don't forget, he held the NFL record for receiving yards in a playoff game with 240.

Most of the hate for Flutie can be attributed one man: Chuck Dickerson. He railed against him incessantly.
-
Rex did ruin him. Just look at the guy. He hasn't been the same since. Totally ruined.

If only we had the same thing. I remember back when the Bills were good, but we had this idiot ex-coach on the air who second-guessed and derided every decision Wade Phillips made.

I went to the bar, ordered my first beer 10 minutes before kickoff, but didn't touch it until I had my first sip the exact moment the ball was kicked off.
This is a good one. I'm going to start doing this!

Finally got the band back together. It was the first game this season that I've watched with my dad, my daughter, and buddy from HS and UB.
GO BILLS!

Welp, it looks like TBD will have to start including stories from People Magazine!

"Although Kroy is so excited as I am (my parents grew up there, half my family still lives there) never mind the fact the fans are AWESOME, the team is AWESOME and my hubby is ecstatic ... It was hard to say good bye!"
-
Dont expect anything great out of Biermann. Atlanta's D has been their problem, and he's been a part of that. He was all but run out of town.
That said, we need the body to get us through the next 4-6 weeks, and he's probably the best value vet available.
As an Atlantan, I can tell you this is 100% true.
However, as someone who has also ruptured his Achilles tendon, I can also tell you that it takes a few years to get back to full speed. He should be better this year.
-
His last name is perfect for Buffalo, btw.
So's his wife's!
-
Jerry, you're a dinkle dorf.

Does anyone else remember the last game in Toronto? I'm so glad Stevie and Chandler are gone. The only thing that you could count on with Stevie is that you couldn't count on him in crunch time. He was the Fitz of receivers.
I liked Stevie and always hoped for him to come up big in a big situation. I just don't ever remember it happening.

I loathed Kevin Gilbride when he was here because he refused to run the ball. At the time I thought he was was a washed-up has-been like we'd see later on with Wanny. As you can imagine, I was quite surprised to see him have so much success with the Giants

In that second year the players really felt like they got the rug pulled out from under them. They felt like they had a good thing going when they almost made the playoffs. Instead of building off of that management cut Bledsoe and went with Losman.

I love Sean Pendergast. He is seriously funny. I haven't listened much since he moved to 610, but he was great on 1560.
For those of you who are familiar with the Jim Rome show, he is better known as Seany the Cablanasian.
If your not from WNY how'd you start to root for the Bills?

My favorite one of these stories:
I was at a bar in Winston-Salem NC and it was just me and some other guy watching the BIlls game. We got to talking and he had a really thick southern accent so I asked him, "How did you end up becoming a Bills fan"??
His response: "Welp, my name's Bill"
He went on to explain that when he was a kid he got a pencil that said "Bills" on it in school. He thought it was pretty cool and has been rooting for them ever since. Cracked me up.
