This past year, Dalton struggled mightily, leading many to call for a changing of the guard at QB. This would have been a perfect time for AJ to toot his horn or throw Dalton under the bus...instead...“He’s our quarterback…Do you think he wants to have tipped balls that turned into interceptions? Has he worked his whole life for that? … I wish people in this city would back him and go with it. He’s our quarterback, stop making it into something else. Ride with him, trust the team, trust the process and trust what we’re trying to do and be a fan of who’s playing,” McCarron said.
YEEEESSSSSSSSSSSsssssss... PROCESSSSSSSSS

Lots of great ones mentioned, especially from the Super Bowl years. One of the more recent players that nobody has mentioned is George Wilson. Converted WR to safety who always seemed to come up big for us

That's not cool. In fact its the opposite. A person has to be very sure of themselves to wear Bills garb!
On a related note, these Falcons fans are getting a wee bit cocky, aren't they?
I got a text from my nephew today, he lives in an Atlanta suburb. His son was in gym class when the teacher asked another student if he had low self esteem, the student replied "no, why?" the teacher said "because you're wearing a Bills tee shirt".

I hate tanking. I hate that people think its a good idea. I hate all the talk about tanking. Tanking sucks. Period.

The service at a CFA is really good. I've always suspected that being closed on Sundays also allows them to hire better employees than your average fast food joint.

Welcome to Buffalo, Mr. Beane. The less you listen to the fans and media, the better off you'll be.
-
I'm with you all on Jerry Rice.
As a track guy, I've got to give credit to Randy Moss as being the only other human being I've seen run like Usain Bolt.

So did Whaley really hire McDoormat or was it Polian pulling the strings?
This is a horrible nickname.
-
I bet he's saved almost every penny, too.

True story: The first time I clicked this link it gave me an error saying "this video does not exist". Apparently, youtube has a sense of humor.

Its worse than I remembered. I remembered that the 4th down catch was short AND out of bounds, what I'd forgotten was just how awful the hail Mary pass interference was. The way I recalled it was this: sure there was a little bit of shoving and jockeying for position, but the call was so bad just because P.I. was never called on a hail Mary. After watching it now it looks like the Patriot receiver just plain drops it with minimal contact.
HOSED!

Take it somewhere else. This thread is about football and food.
Dark jeans do an excellent job of hiding wing stains.
-
as I stated earlier, I know that I am in the minority, however I assure you I am not the only one who thinks jeans are the devil....I know who share my disdain
I dont hate people who wear jeans, its just not my style and think people can do better
I was once like you. When I was in my mid-twenties I refused to wear jeans. Then I started dating my future wife and she thought I was ridiculous and started buying them for me. I'm now ok with jeans. This ends my story of jeans.

You wouldn't fit in with the in-crowd at Roswell High School.
I'm hoping that if I keep wearing them, they'll come back in style. For now, I'll just tell people that I'm wearing them ironically
-
No. You just got finished at the gym so you're wearing gym shorts.
Also in Atlanta, cargo shorts went out of style around 2005.
This Roswell dad is proudly wearing them cargo shorts 12 years later.
-
Who else is on team cargo shorts?
Did someone say team cargo shorts??

He's a Rex guy. CUT!

This one always makes me laugh. Because if I don't, I'll cry.

Classic addition through subtraction. Not having Rex as our HC is going to help us immensely.

"Since, hes trafficked in big names and bold moves, but not enough wins. Whaley has been a bad drafter whose best pick, Sammy Watkins, was made only after a questionable trade up in the deepest receiver class of all time."
I think the '96 Draft might have something to say about that.

Just give it to them - he was out of bounds AND short of the first down. Then P.I. on a hail mary??? are you kidding me?
As I remember it, at the exact same time the refs were giving Vinnie Testaverde a touchdown even though he reached the ball over the line well after being tackled. These two results are why the 1998 Bills were not division champs and had to play on the road. Its also why instant replay returned.
Thats my story and I'm sticking to it.

The Raiders are different, though. They are still the most popular NFL team in Los Angeles and they are one of the few franchises with a national following. This will be extremely successful for them. People from Oakland will look forward to an excuse to take a weekend trip to Vegas.
The Top 5 Most Polarizing Figures in Buffalo Bills History

Flutie has become less polarizing as time has gone on, because Rob Johnson's career amounted to nothing. ...but at the time there were a lot of people in Rob Johnson's corner because when he was good, he was really good (including, "The Coach" Chuck Dickerson who railed on this nightly). There was a sense of hope with Rob - that he could become a top-line franchise quarterback. In fact, he may belong on this list more than Doug does.
