Who's to say they didn't do bad things years ago? Like load the bats and never get caught? We worship the Steelers and Raiders of the 1970's... They did nothing more than Barry did.
It wasn't against the rules what Barry did, if he did it.
You mixing court of public opinion w/the rules... He did nothing wrong and shouldn't have to answer anything about it. Now, if baseball squared away the illegality of what was going on, then he has to answer. I understand his approach, he owes nobody an explanation.
What's the problem? Why is everybody so high & mighty, self-righteous? Bonds did not break any rules.end of story.
You can do anything you want as long as it isn't against the rules. That is not the same as ONLY doing what the rules say (in this case, that would be dumb).
So will the Super Bowl?
What about goes that got caught w/corked bats? Let alone the time that they never got caught. Bonds broke no rules @ the time... No more that Ruth pounding hot dogs and beer.
Sorry buddy but you have no argument in this one. All I am going to say on this issue, maybe you should have told Bonds to not have done steroids... But he did so he has only himself to blame.

I don't know what second favorite means when it comes to sports but I guess the team I hate the least would be the Chargers. I root for whoever plays against a divisional opponent also.

They just need a special area of the HoF museum. You walk under an archway that says "Steroid users *"
Every stat will have an asterisk next to it and we can call it the asterisk room.

He will be forced to play more with yet another Colts WR out.
No. Maybe the kid will help the Colts and they will help him. But no, coaches, scouts, and NFL personnel guys aren't stupid. They have access to so much more information than, you, I, or any fan could ever have. Colts gave him a shot after they were decimated at WR - good for them. He has changed his course of action after his previous actions didn't work here, and seen positive results - good for him.
They gave him a shot then let him go then were forced to resign him.b.c of how bad the WR situation is in Indy.

Fitz took a team in contention and went 3-7 with them and most of those losses were in fact his fault. Giving the ball to the Jags defender almost on purpose was the worst.

Oh God, oh God, is the off-season over yet?
Just wait till the Bills slap the franchise tag on Byrd again right before free agency.

I think the more important thing to take away from this is...Michael Vick wanted to come to Buffalo, once upon a time.
Buffalo needs a mentor, and competition for their young QB...Vick is a free agent. Not saying it is ideal, or even a good situation...just throwing it out there for discussion...would Doug-squared contemplate such a move?
Vick cannot read defenses, Vick cannot throw the ball accurately, Vick has played 1 full season in his whole career, Vick wants to be a starter not a backup... He is not a good QB nor do I think he can actually teach anyone anything.

I expected this since Chip didn't draft his own QB. Barkely is nothing as we all saw already. If Chips drafts a guy in the first round then he will most likely be the starter. Foles is what a 3rd round QB?

If you watch Pawn Stars they get rings from staff all the time.

Kiko tailed off late in the year. At least I thought so.
Am I the only one that never just votes for players from my favorite teams? I vote for who I believe deserves it, which is not Kiko.
No knock on him, obviously. I love Kiko.
Knee injury in the last month of the season adding in he was the only rookie to play 100%, yes 100% of the defensive snaps. He actually did very well for all he was asked to do, not to mention he is not a natural ILB.

Just going to say this once... No such thing as running up the score unless the other team is purposely letting you do it. Then it turns into a legal issue that is a totally different matter.
