No if you don’t like a SCOTUS decision pass an amendment to “overturn” it. SCOTUS decisions are not final, no matter what they tell you about the ACA. Rigging on “game day” can only be done in deep blue inner cities and the political machines that run them. If there is election fraud like what you’re implying, only the Democrats can pull that off.
