Lil dirty update - McKenzie released
D. L. Hot-Flamethrower replied to Reed83HOF's topic in The Stadium Wall
Always thought he'd be more for the Bills than he was. His running instincts seemed to turn runs that were setup to gain much more into less. And, as many have said he was inconsistent because of his hands. Had some nice games against NE when we needed it and was pretty good as a returner. Too expensive for what he is now. -
You don't know that because you don't know how they replace him yet and at what price.

I think it is good and right for both parties involved.

I'm not so sure that OJ in 1975 wasn't better than 1973. Had 2243 yards from scrimmage vs 2073 and set the NFL record with 23 TDs vs 12 in '73. He had 1800+ rushing yards and the Bills used him in the passing game a ton more in 1975. -

The market appears to be in the 15-20 range for Edmunds, in that case I'm out. -

Replace with a cheaper option, someone like KC did with Nick Bolton. Use the money saved on offensive line and WR.- 398 replies

Either no replay and live like we did in the old days or make any call challengeable as BB said way back when. Of course this latest fiasco wouldn't be overturned because it was a penalty. The problem on Sunday, was one the NHL referees get, you don't start officiating the game differently-use common sense. Not sure how you legislate that, maybe better education of refs or get more guys who played the game.

We could use a guy like him up front right now. Someone with an edge and attitude of toughness.

Daboll named Coach of the Year

I like it, love the guy as a coach and a human being. I lean towards giving it to a coach who does the most with the least, not necessarily to the guy who's team wins the most. -

This is pretty darn close to what I've seen since the early 70s. Maybe Add Unitas based on the fact many considered him number 1 until Montana came along. You need to respect the eras the came before. -

I'll believe it when it happens, he and Rodgers can't seem to get enough attention, and they keep running it back....over and over
