There are a lot of clowns on this board who should just find another team. How do they get up in the morning.

Doug Marrone genius? I don't know. He has done a good job building the team and will be retained. Taking a perennial 6-10 team to 9-7 after 2 yrs earns you that. I believe the team needs to and will be patient. Some small tweaks are likely needed to be playoff team. This ship is headed in the right direction due to Coach Marrone's leadership.

I am so sick and tired of some of the posters and media around this team. The negativism is just out of control. Ive been away for a few days and watched the Bills win today with others. They don't follow the team like most of us do and I was telling them about the stuff on this board with Marrone et al. They were bursting a gut laughing at the idiocracy of wanting a 9-7 coach fired. Patience and tweaking is what is needed not a !@#$ing blow it up and start over.

Thanks Yolo. I agree and have been saying a lot of the same things. I am still amazed that I can read that whole article and every reply on this post and still not see the name PAT MORRIS anywhere!!!! I could have missed it, but it's not everywhere like it should be. It is his job as the immediate supervisor of the position to teach technique and fundamentals, and quite frankly our lineman suck at this. Not sure who's idea it was to shift everybody around and to the left, but that was just plain messed up.

I have been pointing out for weeks that he has done a terrible job and never seems to get any mention as culpable. The line has gotten progressively worse and since Marrone is an OL guy it all goes on him. I would like to see Hackett and Morris replaced.

Sometimes on 3rd and 1 it makes more sense to just say we are going to run TWICE if we need too. Not a complicated procedure but effective. If you can't make a yard on 2 successive runs when you need to...well you don't deserve to win.

I think your going strawman here because no one is saying he needs talent like the 2000 Ravens.

To me it's Luck and not even close. The guy was a number one and Wilson a number 3 for a reason. He has more talent. His team is not nearly as good.

Ignoring the W/L record for a second, which will be 2-3 games and better than the last few years. Looking under the hood at some stats: the offense had very similar stats to last year, the defense did as well-but was better at preventing points. The special teams were significantly better, when you look at the, avg Drive start for and against, they flipped it from last year. The team was better than recent years. That doesn't make it a great season though. We continue to seriously lack on the offensive side of the ball if we want to be a strong playoff contender.

I believe that it would be a mistake to not start EJ this week. He has been out since week 5, I know it's a challenge, but we need to see if he looks any better against NE. Lots and lots of decisions to be made this offseason. Don't want to miss out on an a opportunity for new information.

I should have mentioned that Beckham missed the first 4 games of the year. The Giants have attempted to target him nearly as much in four less games as the Bills have Watkins. They also have been highly successful getting it too him when they attempt to. This tells me that the OC has fallen down and lacks the creativity to get his most explosive player the ball.

What's telling to me is the Bills targeted Watkins 123 times and completed 62, barely 50%. Beckham has been targeted 111x with 79 completions-well over 70%!

I think Malzahn will be a head coach in the NFL one day. Doubt he comes to be an OC.
