  1. I am on record as saying we put too many resources into the defensive front and was fine letting Edmunds go at the price he could command. We drafted 2 offensive players to help our franchise so KUDOS a shift to the offense. I don't mind creating competition and depth a la how KC does it on defense and letting the chips fall where they may. We could have drafted one of the higher regarded LBs with our first 2 picks, instead offense I'm good with it.
  2. Is David Edwards competing with Spencer Brown at RT?
  3. As long as he can handle Chris Jones in the AFC Game I'm down with this pick!
  4. Louis Riddick on ESPN saying the Colts knocked it out of the park. Didn't he rip the Allen pick and rip him for years? Now he either has learned the error of his ways or he's a hypocrite. I think we know he's really the latter and very biased, as well as not on any NFL staff currently.
  5. Good call! You looked at it logically and didn't let biases influence you.
  6. Nonsense, teams make the cap work all the time. That is not a short-sighted NFL fan response. Here's a winning organization response, find a way to make it work.
  7. I voted trade back because I'm not sure of the value of this draft at 27. I think more picks between there 30-60 would be better because that is where the value is. Heck you could trade an additional second for Hopkins it sounds like which I endorse.
  8. Wow this is unlikely to be anywhere how the Bills pick. Why? because this guy doesn't get the needs of this team. Brutal
  9. Of course check on the contract situation, but YES in a heartbeat. This offense becomes really tough to deal with adding him.
  10. The Bills making this trade just makes so much sense!
  11. Wright and it's not close. Make Brown earn it and if he doesn't were better all across the line.
  12. If you've got a shot at her, you gotta go for it!
  13. He can't run anymore is the word out of Chicago per Jim Miller on NFL Radio.
  14. For me drafting a defensive player (S,CB,DT, LB) is going to be a tough sell for McBeane. Especially in Round 1, I think they move down. I hear the Edge guys could provide some value at this point, but again a REALLY tough sell given recent history. I also think RB given we're a QB centric team is another trade back. Interior OL is another no go. To stay at 27, It needs to be a WR, a tackle who can challenge or supplant S.Brown or maybe a TE.
  15. I hope we draft a player who can have an impact this year regardless of his position. That is all.
  16. Best Mock I've seen anywhere! I'm only hesistant to declare Young 1 and Stroud 2 because of the size issue. Carolina always seems to me to be a big guy franchise with a QB.
  17. Oh well then you don't take the 53rd rated player at 27
  18. I think you can get one of these guys with our second pick.
  19. What made Josh great was his head and heart! He put the work in to improve. Don't know Richardson well but he has work to do just like Josh.
  20. Well it certainly wouldn't hurt to have help on offense at almost any of the other positions
  21. Wasn't he pretty good the year before during the Super Bowl run season.
  22. Bringing in 2 guards would really be a sign we're serious about improving the line
  23. Bigger and Faster than Singletary. Good player and he's killed us as a Pat. I don't think they're filling holes on offense to draft D. I think they'll take the Best Player they can get in the draft.
