Now is the time for calm. Go through the process and get the right people in place. This could be an opportunity and not a catastrophe if handled properly.
Look, we don't need to trade our best playmaker right before he explodes. I agree the QB situation needs to be improved. My deal is you don't know who the next great QB will be without luck. You can do your best to predict who will be great and go through the process. You will still have Tom Brady, Russell Wilson Tony Romo etc. that you can't predict. The bottom line is for good fortune to happen to us in the QB department we need optionality as a strategy. Putting all my eggs in the Nick Foles basket is asking for trouble...or moves of this type. We have a young QB or 2? We must draft one and sign on in FA. The Bills have been making a huge mistake not drafting a QB every year. The position is too important to not make sure you have a couple (at least) who can play. I'm thinking a bit outside the box here as well because most teams believe you can only have one QB. The old school approach if you will.
The old chicken and the egg applies. Coach or Franchise QB first? I'm starting to wonder who will want to sign here if they make the wrong call for HC.
I have to say when I have heard Pegula speak I don't get the impression he is a savvy sports owner. He needs someone like Polian around because he doesn't have a firm grasp on the NFL.
LMAO too old. He is 57! Pete Carroll is 63, Marv Levy was 61 when he came. Even the other SB coach John Fox is 69. LOTS and LOTS of good coaches this age.
Have you gotten every job you've interviewed for! Look, someone may be dumb enough to hire him...Atlanta may be his best chance, although Todd Bowles is a strong candidate with similar skill set. The point is, he has shown what he is and that is a clown. You have to think twice before hiring him to run your team after some of the past incidents. I bet there are a lot of NFL people who are very leery of REX RYAN.
Im just saying the media creates the narrative. They say things like "he will be unemployed for like 5 minutes"implying he will be a Head Coach without problem.I say when it comes to actually hiring him him to be your HEAD COACH that is entirely different. I think a lot of people feel that way as well. Defense yes, Face of the organization...no way.

Anybody see this! As I said before, he is a media darling. Don't be surprised if his options are more limited than you think.
Agreed. People should be careful what they wish for.Get rid of Orton,Manuel,Whaley, Hackett, Brandon etc...on and on. Things can get worse. I want my team to make smart decisions, not rash decisions. Brandon is great at his job.
He is similar to his father Buddy. The defense is placed so far above the offense that the team is left terribly unbalanced. This style will allow you to go only so far. Just like Marty Schottenheimer playing not to lose.
The media has played a huge role. He is the exact opposite of Marrone. AKA a good interview! Don't be surprised if he doesn't get a lot of jobs offers.
