    Oh I expect them to be better than last year overall. Adding just one deep impact receiver to that offense could make it downright scary. The defense has a chance to be better next year with an infusion of returning injured players and younger speed athletes.

    I hope we have our sights set on someone like Thomas, Legette or Mitchell. And, we supplement with a FA WR with upside to compete. This offense is oh so close IMHO to being incredibly explosive with really just adding to the WR room correctly.

    They're not cutting a guy who played like he did, traded a 3rd and 5th for, and are thin already at the position. You can make the Cap Savings argument about a ton of guys. Overanalyzing the comments is all this is.

    The Purdy MVP case is laughable to me. Alot of QBs could put up a 115 QBR playing Shanahan's system.Context matters and to me that's part of the analysis. Lazy analysis to give it because of Stats or total credit for team success in a team game (your teammates and coaches matter.

    Josh Allen is the best football player in the world-period. All you have to do is watch with your eyes in an unbiased manner, and you'll see he does more with less than anyone else.

    For people wondering why there is so much love for a guy who has mediocre track record I have the answer. He's in the club. You hear this old coach and that old coach say he's a friend of mine. You hear it on the talk shows too. He's one of the boys. Doesn't mean he should get another opportunity to be a HC. At the end of the day its Washington, what do you expect?
