Grabbing the face mask....... Not a penalty unless the Bills do it.
-
This game plan has been trash. For all the things is looked like they had figured out last week, and even the first drive tonight, it's like they see what works and decide to do the opposite! Tempo. Quick passing to Diggs, Kincaid, and Shakir. Allen taking off. We saw all of it on a dominant opening drive. Then, what happens? They stop the hurry up. They run out of shotgun on 1st down for losses to get behind the sticks. No Allen runs. Was there any play action from under center at all in that half? It really is incredible this offensive coordinator has a job in the NFL. We can all see what works and what doesn't, but they can't. Make no mistake. Allen was not perfect in that half. He missed some chances. But this ultimately comes down to putting your players in position to use their strengths. Allen is going to miss the easy ones once in a while. It's who he is. So, as a staff, it's your job to know this and play to his strengths. Allen should have had 3-4 designed runs in this game..... Heck.....in each half if necessary. His running opens up so much in this offense. When he isn't doing it, defenses can just squat on routes and stick with receivers with no need to worry about him going anywhere. Figure this crap out!!!!!

Coaching is killing this team. So frustrating. Why are you in zone on 4th and 1? You don't have time to pass guys off!!!
-
They need to dial up a couple of Allen runs on the next drive. Get back to the tempo that they started with.
-
Ugh......terrible there. On a side note, where's the taunting penalty on the Bengals? Dude got up talking trash to Davis.
-
Dorsey killing that drive. No tempo. Running on 1st down to put us behind the sticks. Just awful play calling. Everything that worked on the first drive he decides not to do on this one.
-
Pressure Joe up the middle. He becomes an average QB with pressure in his face. I wouldn't do it by blitzing on 3rd down, though. I'd rather rush 3 and drop 8.

THAT IS NOT ROUGHING!!!! Another BS call.
-
Tyreek Hill literally does that every TD. This is a huge game filled with a lot of emotion. Get out of here with those lame ass calls.
-
What an absolutely gross call......

They are going to move the ball on us all night. It's going to be about holding them to 3 instead of 7. First drive was a complete failure.....

Stay healthy. WIN! GO BILLS!!!!!

Hit it Carrie!!! Let's freaking go!!!!! -
What in the world has this guy done in this league to justify that kind of contract? I mean, we'll have to wait to see the final breakdown of the contract, but man..... At those number, for that level of player, you can kiss AJ Epenesa goodbye for sure now. If AJ continues his level of play that he's had this season, even though it has been a bit of up and down at times, he's smiling looking at this contract for sure.

There is probably no chance he gets in and up to speed to play Sunday night, but hopefully next week he'll pick up enough of the defense to play some meaningful snaps in a couple weeks. He's a great zone CB, so hopefully the learning curve will be smaller than most.

It's a solid move..... Not the big swing we were hoping for, but he'll help us.

Tim Kawakami @timkawakami NFL source: 49ers are closing in on another trade. I don't know who it's for, but it seems likely they've got 1 more. -

Maybe he does believe that. Heck, there's a big part of me that believed that, especially at the time. But a lot of these teams making moves are making smart moves. They are trading for players that will help them now that, even if they don't re-sign in the off season, might net them a comp pick that will basically be for the same compensation they are giving up now for the rental. That's just smart business. -

The Eagles have the best GM in the league. I don't think it is debatable at this point. Beane is a good GM that never wants to take that big swing at the deadline. -

I hate twitter on days like today. Too many people are so quick to want to post any news they don't pay attention to the account and it's legitimacy. A good rule of thumb is that if an account has less than 5k followers, there is a chance that the source is not legit. If the account, especially claiming to be from a major outlet like ESPN, has less than 1k-2k, it is most definitely fake. -

I don't know how legit this is. Guy has less than 100 followers. Think it might be fake. -
I feel the same about this game as I did about the Miami game a few weeks ago. While interested to see what happens, I am not going to overreact to whatever does happen because there is a good chance that we see them again in the Playoffs when it matters most. Whether we win this game or lose this game, it isn't going to change anything about the way I feel about this season. Win be double digits? Great.....can we do it again when it actually matters. Lose by double digits? It's discouraging, but there's a good chance we see them again in the Playoffs and there is a lot of football to be played between now and then and it's likely that the teams that take the field Sunday night could be significantly different a couple months from now whether that is because of injuries or just how the teams are playing at that point. So yeah....I'm looking forward to the game for sure. I want to win badly. I always want to win. But if we don't, I'll be ready to take another swing at them in a couple months and try to end their season. I am sure a lot of their fans may be thinking similarly. It's a big game Sunday, but maybe not the biggest one they play this season.
