That was a dime by Allen...... That was all on a terribly un-athletic WR. -

That was one of the most un-athletic plays by a WR I have ever seen...... -
If this happens, it will only only show how corrupt the league is. You can't have someone that is on IR and not playing anyway serve a suspension while he is out. If the league allows this, it's time to bring out the pitchforks. Until they take him off of IR and clear him to play, he should not be allowed to start serving his suspension.

Nick Underhill @nick_underhill The Saints waived WR AT Perry, per source. I don't know who this guy is, and I haven't seen it from anyone else yet, but if it's true, this is interesting. On a side note, I like Perry and would happy if the Bills claimed him if he has indeed been released.

Look, I don't think there is a chance in the world we land him. And that's OK. However, the fact that they are at least inquiring and are aware we are in desperate need of a WR1 is a great thing. Whether we find one to trade for during the season or not, at least we know that they know WR1 is not on this team and it will hopefully be a priority going forward. I am not sure what other top end WRs are available. There may be none. But at least we know Beane is looking.

Obviously, we have no idea what this pertains to. Hopefully it isn't anything new. It definitely stinks, but hey.....hopefully Javon Solomon gets some reps and experience. Who knows, maybe he can even make a couple of plays for us. Until we find out what this pertains to, I am not going to say too much about any potential favoritism going on. Until he got hurt, though, Rice and Hunt were playing on the same team. There's also another former Chief out there that hasn't gotten suspended for anything either that some might argue should have been..... I'm not sayin'.....I'm just sayin'.....

What’s up with the bills usage of Kincaid?
sven233 replied to iwishitwerecolder's topic in The Stadium Wall
It is still way early to tell what this offense is. 2 out of the first 4 games we blew a team out so bad that started running the clock out in the 3rd quarter. So, you can't really glean anything from those. Against Arizona, we got down early but ended up scoring over 30, so you can't really complain there either. And the Ravens game was a butt whipping from the start. For the first time all season, our offensive line got manhandled and Allen had someone in his face on virtually every snap. And, getting behind so early obviously caused some changes to how we were going to have to play the game. Look.....I am a huge fan of Kincaid. I think he can truly be the next great one. But, where he excels is down the field. He is a mismatch in the seams and on deep crossers. Unfortunately, we haven't seen much of that yet this season. Some of that has been due to score effects and the way these games have played out. Some I am sure have to do with the design of the offense. But, I think the biggest reason he is not getting the ball is the lack of a true WR1. Say what you want about Diggs. He wasn't a perfect player. But, when he was on the field, teams always shaded coverage his way which opened up opportunities for Kincaid. Right now, teams know we have nobody that will beat them on the outside consistently. In fact, teams know that Kincaid is probably our best offensive pass catcher. So, what does that do? You guessed it.......it puts a lot more attention on Kincaid than he would have if you have a WR1. The "Everybody Eats" mentality is all fine and well when you are playing against the average NFL defenses. When you are playing good teams, though, you can't underestimate what having that WR1 does for your team. Even if he has a down game, he is still drawing that extra attention away from other parts of the field. You need that and we will be looking for that guy this off season as well. We have to. Regardless, though, I am not sure these first 4 games have given us a true chance to judge his usage with the way they have played out. We need more from him and he should be the focal part of our offense. But so far, he either hasn't had that chance due to circumstances in game and sometimes, a lack of focus on him in the game plan by Brady. We need to get him more involved, though. He's too talented to not be getting 70+ yards a game. -

Look.....we all know this is a long season and we weren't going to win them all. I think if you would have told us before the season started, we would be 4-2 out of the gate, we would have all signed up for that without thinking twice. This is a bad loss, but it's not the end of the world. Suck it up, learn from it, and go beat Houston next week and get back on track. Then, find a way to get an AFC East win against the Jets and you're 5-1. Tonight was a bad night for sure, but it happens. It will happen again. Just can't let 1 loss turn into 2 in a row or 3 in a row. -

The Ravens are running the exact defense I wanted us to run tonight. They are blitzing all the time. They are sending corners off the edge and are just getting untouched rushers in Allen's face every play. I was thinking we would do the same, but with run blitzing our corners instead. Not sure I have seen us run one of those run blitzes yet. Just terrible coaching. -

Ball just not bouncing our way tonight. The good news is there isn't another team in the league that is as physical running the ball as the Ravens are. This was our toughest test to stop the run. Unfortunately, the bad news is that they are in our conference and we need to beat them, or have some other team beat them first, to get to where we want to go. They are just on a different physicality level than we are. While I don't think they are a better team overall necessarily, unfortunately, they are bigger and tougher than we are up front, especially with their offense. As I said, styles make fights. We have spent so much time trying to build a team to beat the Chiefs and their passing attack and in turn, got smaller and lighter. Not good against this particular team. -

Bass has to go. Dudes off the street are banging 60 yarders all over the league. Bass may catch on somewhere else and turnout to have a great career, but they talk about a standard around here. That needs to apply to everyone, including the kicker and punter. Both on this team are bad. -

It's a long shot to come back, but if we do, this kick has to go through to make it a 2 score game. I have never been less confident in a kicker, so there's that..... -

The players on the field haven't been great, but the coaches are the ones I am putting a majority of the blame on. The game plan stunk coming in on both sides of the ball. And then in game decisions from punting when you shouldn't, calling trick plays when you shouldn't, etc. We were out-coached severely tonight. -

Hamlin is awful. He's so behind in what he is seeing and he is slow physically as well. Not a good combination. We need a huge upgrade there as well. -

If we can hold them to 3, that will be a gigantic win. Just hoping Allen is OK. -

It's probably going to take one of those "Hero Ball" games from Allen to win tonight. It's obvious that the game plan was to try and beat these guys with short to intermediate passing tonight and the Ravens seemed to know that was coming. They didn't believe the Bills could beat them down the field with their WRs and they were getting exactly what they wanted from us. It's time for Allen to take over and flip the script. -

It's a game like this that shows just how much you need a WR1, especially in crucial situations. I just don't think Coleman is that guy. The "Everybody Eats" mentality is great, but you still need supreme talent to pull it off consistently. Right now, we may have the guys with the right mentality, but lack the talent that you need to beat good teams. I said it after this draft was over.....we are going to enter next year's draft still in search of that true WR1. -

The difference in this game to the previous 3? The trenches. Allen was hardly touched/pressured in the first 3 game. It looked like our line was a wall. This week, everyone is missing blocks and getting beat physically. Same thing on defense. While our defensive line can rush the passer in most cases, when they are getting mauled in the run game, it changes everything. They aren't built to stop the run. Styles make fights and the Ravens are the exact opposite of what we are built to stop. -
