Ugh...... you have the reeling a bit. Why not a play action shot there on 1st down?

See......that swing pass to Davis is basically just a run play. I get them not wanting to play behind the sticks and wanting to make sure they get something on first down, but there are other ways of doing it other than duo up the middle. It worked this last time, but most of the time it doesn't. Just try to get a bit more creative.

OK.....So, after our inevitable 2 yard gain on a first down, do we run again? That's the question.

Nice route and a nice throw..... Hoping to see much more of it. Catch wasn't as clean as you'd like to see, but you could tell he was thinking about the feet too. Maybe that will help him settle in a bit. Get some of those nerves out.

We have 2 terrible kickers and an awful special teams coach. We have a totally unimaginative play caller. We have a head coach that thinks he's playing football in the 70s with how much balance he wants. He literally have a unicorn at QB and doesn't want to tap into it.

We just need a TD on this drive to right the ship a bit. Find a way to go into halftime with a lead and regroup.

Just picking this lame zone defense apart..... You have 2 really good CBs. Let them play man to man once in a while.

I'm not sure what happened to this play calling. The first 3 weeks, there was a ton of motion and eye candy. We were running a lot of misdirection. Brady was scheming guys open. Guys were getting the ball in space and there was even a little play action in the game plan. Now? It looks like the creativity is just gone. It the same 2-3 running plays. They have Allen in shotgun way more than he should be. Play action is non existent. I know some of it may have been due to Allen's hand and not being able to grip the football, but that doesn't explain the running on first down almost exclusively and the lack of creativity. Brady looked the he was heading to a ton of head coaching interviews and now, I'm wondering if he just ain't it......

What a freaking waste. This team needs a ton of help....

Cooper looked to draw a couple of guys to him on the Kincaid catch. Just put him out there to try and open things up.

Well.....great to get Coleman the ball. But with all that green to the left, a faster WR strolls in. But hey. Cook to the rescue. Would really be nice to see a pass completed within the structure of the offense. Everything is off script and on scramble drills. I'm sorry.....even with a just a couple practices under his belt and a drop earlier, I'd rather have Cooper on the field than some of these other guys we're rolling out there. Oh well. We're back in it. See if the defense can actually make a stop.

We got a raw deal having to face Rudolph instead of Levis. But with the gaping holes being opened in the running game and the inept play calling on offense, it probably wouldn't have mattered.

Tons of missed holding, but whatever. This team is in desperate need of some beefy anchors in the middle of the line to stop the run. You can drive a bus through these holes right now.

Yeah.....with the new kickoff rules, these penalties don't mean anything. What they should do is asses them when the change of possession happens. Touchback? Add on the penalty. Return? Fine..... Asses the penalty after the return. I guess you would have to come up with something special if a return is taken back for a TD to keep the points off the board, but you can figure something out for that situation. Be yeah.....penalties "assed one the kickoff" are pretty much dead at this point.
