I still say they should make them Playoff ineligible this year and next year. Put the hammer down on them and show that cheating will not be tolerated, especially by a multiple time, repeat offender. Taking away a draft pick or fining them does absolutely nothing to discourage them from doing it again and continue using any other cheating methods they have in place that haven't been caught yet. OH.....AND RELEASE THE TAPE!!!!
-
All I know is that when this is all said and done, if the Pats* get nothing, or just a slap on the wrist yet again, the tape better be released. If that happens and the tape is not released and is destroyed again with this all being swept under the rug, then we know for sure, which we all do know already, that this entire thing is WAY worse than what has been let on over the last 20 years. It may not seem like much on the surface, but if this is covered up again, we know that it's BAD.....like REALLY BAD. If it's no big deal, then just release the tape and it all goes away. Simple as that.

I mean, they actually admitted they did it. We all know the tape exists. And, based on reports, they filmed the entire first quarter AFTER the "interview" was completed before they got caught. And when they did get caught, asked to delete the video immediately. This time we want to actually see the tape before it's destroyed, NFL......

So, the Cheats* just admitted that they filmed the sideline of the Bengals, blamed it on independent contractors, but claim they weren't going to use the footage for anything else but the documentary. OK.....sound legit. Scum of the earth. They just got caught red-handed and this time it didn't have a chance to be covered up before it got out. It's now or never NFL.....

Obviously I, or any of us, don't know what is on that tape. What makes me interested in this is that the Bengals are said to have the original copy of the tape and turned it over to the NFL. Now, to me anyway, it only stands to reason that the Bengals who confiscated the original tape would have watched it and know what is exactly on there. If there was nothing obvious to question, would they have turned it over to the NFL? Even if they were required to do that, why be so short with the statement basically saying there is no statement and that the NFL is investigating? They could have dismissed it all together saying it is no big deal. I'm wondering if they know what is on the tape is more than what is being reported on and therefore they are being very careful in what they are saying until the NFL says something.

Josh Allen - week FOURTEEN report card

He left 3 long TDs on the field today. He was not good at all. A C- might be generous. He picked it up a bit late, but this is a tough league and when you get guys running open for sure TDs, you have to hit them more often than not. He didn't hit 1 of those long ones that were there for the taking. And, between himself and the coaching staff, you have to learn to beat Cover 0 at least sometimes. It was a bad game. It happens. Hopefully we have another shot at these guys in a few weeks. -
What nickname do you like best for Josh Allen?

"The Super Bowl MVP for the World Champion Buffalo Bills" works for me. Rolls right off the tongue. -
This game has been fun for the nation to watch. Always great to see the Cheatriots* get rolled. Anyway, with the Pats* playing the Chiefs next week, if we can somehow find a way to beat the Ravens, things could get very interesting down the stretch. EDIT: Of course Houston let's them score as soon as I post this. What the heck kind of defense was that????????

Anybody that has been complaining about the lack of respect this team gets will have their opportunity to either earn it or lose it over the next few weeks. With 3 national prime time games in 4 weeks, with the other game coming against perhaps the NFL's best team right now in the Ravens, it's time to put up or shut up. The Bills organization has an opportunity in a 4 week span to become relevant to the NFL and the country again. The question becomes whether they will sieze the opportunity, or be thought of as the "same old Bills" again. We're going to find out real quick which players and coaches on this team are ready for prime time.

Milano and Edmunds will have to be great next week for us to have a shot.
-
This was a great win. An awesome win even. The best win the Bills have had in a long time. While I am not taking away anything from this win, I am going to hold off at least 1 more week to see how they handle the Ravens. That challenge is on a whole different level. Today was great, but next week will be a real test.

Josh Allen - week THIRTEEN report card

Yeah....this was about as solid as an "A" grade can be. The best game of his career. Statement game. -
Honestly, his footwork is much improved since college. You are starting to see less and less of 5 and 7 step drops as a whole in the NFL. Offenses are now being designed to be more quick hit, get the ball out in order to limit the pass rush. With Allen, they have simplified this even further. They are using his long stride to their advantage. Because of his stride length, he can get to prper depths a little quicker with less steps. This keeps him on platform more often as he doesn't have to think about his feet as much. As for the bouncing, many great QBs do this. It keeps the QB on his toes and ready to move his feet at any given moment. Allows the QB to stay active and engaged the entire play. But yeah, overall, Allen's footwork, while not perfect all the time, is night and day better than where it was in college and it has translated to improved throws this season.
