I get that they want to play ball control offense and get everyone involved. That's all well and good when it's working. But this is the drive they should have called several drives ago. You have the best player on the planet. When you are struggling to get things going, just let him loose! Sometimes they just neuter him and it makes no sense.

What an awful play call. You have JOSH FREAKING ALLEN. The ball needs to be in his hands there. The call to go for it was great. The actual play call was trash.

Nice drive. Much needed. A quick 3 and out here with another score puts this one away. It's a lot to ask the way this one has gone so far, but they have a chance to really take control here.

Finally got a play action on first down after an explosive run..... And guess what? It worked. Do it more.

Just a terrible half of football overall. Saints are playing hard and it looks like our guys are shocked about that. Still think we can win comfortably, but this needs to be a wake up call going into halftime.

Playing your DBs 8 yards from the LOS on 3rd down is certainly a choice. Luckily they ran the ball.

I can live with the shot. Keep taking them. But I would prefer it on earlier downs and not on 3rd and long when everyone knows you have to do it. That series was lost on first down with that predictable pitch to Cook. That's where the shot needs to happen. Anyway, time for the defense to make a play to help the offense for a change.

This defense absolutely blows

Offense has showed up to this point. The defense was a no-show on the first drive. The Saints had gone 9 games without scoring a TD on their first drive and we made them look like our offense on the first drive. Just terrible coaching and execution on that side of the ball. Gotta be better and I am just not sure if they can right now.

Very disappointed not to see Jackson get a jersey today. Not because I think he is going to be great or anything right away, but I think it is important for guys like this to get some live reps to see what the NFL is all about. They can try the things they are comfortable with, see how they work against real competition and then make adjustments during practice. So, if he can't get a jersey in a game we should be resting starters in in the 4th quarter, I am not sure when he is going to get one barring a couple of injuries. Just thought it was the right spot to see him today. It's unfortunate. Max is out. Sanders has had a rollercoaster of a start to say the least. And Jackson has yet to see the field even though he's healthy. We went into this draft to get players to help us on defense close out games and to play better overall on defense and really not one of our defensive picks is making an impact. Walker has flashed in the pass game, but he's been pretty bad overall against the run. I do think he is talented enough to figure it out, but until he gets his eyes in the right place on run plays more consistently, he still has a long way to go. But yeah, in a draft that was supposed to be filled with defensive difference makers, the best player to come out of it so far is Hawes.....a 5th round blocking TE. Not what we were all hoping for to say the least. It's a long season, though. Hopefully these guys can figure it out at some point and make a difference come January.

As of now, no....I don't think KC loses at home to either of those teams. Call me crazy, but I am not sold on DJ all of a sudden becoming the second coming of Josh Allen. I need to see a little more from them before I take them seriously. Washington is really inconsistent as well. Could they lose to these teams? Of course, any given Sunday, right? But I don't see it as of now especially when the get their WR room back at full strength. The Ravens just blew out the Browns. They always beat Pittsburgh it seems although they could be tougher games if the Steelers get their defense right. And the Bengals don't have a QB and may not for either of these games. I am sure the Ravens will lose a couple of games, but after the Chiefs game, I can't find 5 losses. You could maybe get me to 4 more, but I don't see them losing 5 more times with the talent on their roster.
