Serious question. Ever since this guy was hired he has made countless head scratching decisions. Watkins trade was #1 and the list goes on. The draft was all Whaley, so Beane was left to improve this team with FA pickups. He ignored the oline, ignored our CB and WR depth, traded away basically a rookie 2nd round LB who is now starting on the best team in the league and got rid of our 2nd string RB without replacing him. Whaley got so much crap as a GM but I can't remember the last time a Bills GM made so many stupid roster moves in the span of a few months. If Beane was trying to tank (which he was lets stop pretending here) this is no way to do it. You don't trade away young talented players without any replacements. We have draft picks yes but since when has this franchise ever been good at drafting players. I'm a Mcdermott believer but I don't trust Brandon Beane . This guy has no idea what he is doing and his inexperience shows countless times. How can we trust him to find a franchise QB.

Watson is the complete opposite of Tyrod he willingly pushes the ball downfield, and isn't scared to take smart risks with the ball. Tyrods conservative mentality kills our offense

waiting until we played an actual quality team and not the Jets. of course he won't. but his ancient version of the west coast offense is dated and way past its prime. Unless we draft a future hof qb he won't last here.

If the Bills do end up going big and selecting a franchise QB next year, they really need to develop a good environment for him to come in and learn. Everyone knows a rookie QB's best friend is his OC. Either the HC has history of developing a QB (Mccarthy with Rogers) or its the OC. Mcdermott prob can't develop a QB and doesn't have the experience, and thats fine. What I don't want is Dennison working with our future franchise QB. This guy is as conservative as they come, he offers no hope for this offense. Denver fans were so excited when they got rid of him, look how well Siemian is playing now. If we are going to try and develop a QB we need to find the right coach for him.

Beane has done absolutely nothing to show he is a qualified GM. I'm not saying he won't be one here its just he isn't even nearly as qualified as the other candidates which makes me question what the hell is going through Pegula's head atm outside their SB run last year the Panthers were a mediocre middle of the league team just like the Bills. Their drafting is also very shaky

Interviewing only 3 people? And ending up going with the guy who the head coach pretty much told the Owner to hire. What kind of team structure is Pegula running here? is this a joke? What NFL team lets a rookie HC run the entire team? Pegula is either going to strike gold here or plummet harder than when he hired Rex. If this doesn't work out he will go from beloved savior owner to on par with Dan Snyder as a complete fraud. Once again the Bills prove they don't know how to conduct a proper search for a GM. Good luck the Brandon Beane b/c he sure as hell will need it.

Another Bills coaching search, another set of mediocre coordinators to add to the list from the past 17+ years. Not once in the playoff drought era has this team found a good set of coordinators. Especially on the offensive side of the ball. I can't remember the last time we had a legit offensive coordinator that came from a top 5 offensive unit or had major offensive success in the NFL. And people wonder why we have been so bad for so long. We don't have the right coaches here. Sean McDermott is NOT going to do anything with this offense, he is strictly an defensive guy with a defensive background. look at every defensive minded coach around the nfl. the only reason their offenses succeed is because they have quality coaches on that side of the ball. Bills will be stuck with garbage tier coaches who they will probably pluck from a team who produced less offense than we did last year. I feel bad for McDermott because his job here is 10x harder than Rex's. He is now dealing with a bad defense and an offense that will have to learn whole new system. this offense WILL regress next year, unless they find a quality OC. The OC hire is extremely important and will decide the fate of the next few seasons.

McVay's passing offense combined with Lynn's run game. not too bad Rams situation looking a lot better than what is going on here. we might be left with scraps on offense

This is our biggest key to becoming a good team. We need to give Tyrod the best possible path to success. NO ONE knows how he will look under a legit offensive coaching staff. Anthony Lynn and Rex Ryan are not coaches that should be in charge of developing a QB. Lynn is amazing working with the run game, but passing the football is not his specaility. I really don't think we have a coach on this staff that can work with Tyrod and help him get better. Look at what Mike McCarthy did with Rodgers, he had him go to his "QB school" and spent hundreds of hours coaching him up and fixing his mechanics and vision. We need a coach like that to work with Tyrod and see if he can improve the things he struggles with. Everything Tyrod needs to work on can be fixed, he has all the physical tools. Get him an OC like McCoy and watch how he improves. We finally need a legit OC in Buffalo and our best bet at getting back into the playoffs.

Here the Bills go again, hiring ANOTHER defensive HC. Why do they keep making this mistake. how many years and failed coaches will it take until they learn. And if Whaley is even more stupid and lets Tyrod go why the hell is he hiring a coach who can't develop a QB. When you want to draft a rookie QB hire a HC who knows how to develop one and understands the position. Whaley is clueless with these interviews, they are a joke. there is a reason none of the coaches the bills are interviewing are getting other interviews with legit teams. We are searching for mediocre HC's once again. Why do people automatically assume if we get the DC from seattle or Carolina our defense suddenly turns top 10 again. IT WON'T We have so many problems with our defense, mainly starting with the players. We have 0 NFL quality safety's, 1 good CB once gilmore leaves, maybe 2 decent LB's and the defensive line is a mess. We are no where close to our defense back in 2014. Hiring a defensive minded HC isn't going to fix that. Whaley might go down as the worst GM in Bills history

Thats it. One against a 3rd string rookie QB and another against a Jets team that the Bills had ZERO pressure to win. So technically only 1 win. This is the biggest reason why Rex should not be coach here next year. His ability to win against high caliber teams...he can't do it. Look at every single win from the last year and this year, not ONE impressive win. We only beat teams that are either just as miserable as us or even worse. We are nowhere close to becoming a playoff team. Playoff teams have a few victories against other playoff teams. Its over folks. #REXOUT

This is the perfect offseason plan the Pegulas should be after. Sign Bradley as our DC and he will transform this defense into a top 5 unit again. We practically play a 4-3 defense half the time anyways, it would not be a tough transition. We need a offensive minded HC that knows how to develop a QB and establishes a successful passing attack. Lynn is decent but his passing offense is a joke. Our RB is absent when Shady is not in the lineup so it goes to show you why we have been #1 in rushing 2 years in a row, and its solely bc of our all pro RB. Make this happen Terry, you messed up with Rex but now its your chance to fix the mistakes.

I'm for a full house cleaning and Whaley has been nothing more than underwhelming here. But if he can find the right coach/QB than by all means go for it. What an awful hire this was.
