  1. I'm worried. Mainly because the Sabres next game is vs. the Leafs - and I don't see how we don't win that game. Those players are checked out. http://buffalo.com/2015/03/27/featured/a-different-kind-of-sabres-coverage/
  2. That was a pretty tankish play on Thursday!
  3. That is great. I hope this whole thing backfires on them. I can't imagine they picked up one subscriber due to this crap. Friday's paper had I think 5 stories about the fans. They were going to write those stories no matter what and in my opinion, they blew the fan reaction up 10 fold. Saturday's paper then had an article by the art critic, of all people on this crap! I've always been way pro News than WGR, but now it's all reversed. If only the News had more Mark Gaughans and Vic Caruccis, and got rid of Sully, Bucky, Harrington and Graham.
  4. It's !@#$ing 18 degrees out right now in Buffalo. This is ridiculous. I love cold weather and snow - in the winter! Not in the spring. Seeing that it started with 8 feet of snow in mid-November, this is by far the longest, most sustained winter I ever remember.
  5. I was watching the Kentucky - Notre Dame, thinking 4-0 was safe, and then I turn it back and it's 5-3 with at least 12 minutes left. I was like WTF?!?..........But, fortunately it stayed that way.
  6. Didn't the Patriots tank the last game of the year, too?
  7. fool me once, shame on - shame on you. Fool me - you can't get fooled again.
  8. Damn, you're right. I need to think this over.
  9. I think McEichel is better, though
  10. Exactly. I do love him and hope he does become our franchise QB. My biggest problem with the whole scenario is how the wide receivers quit on him last year. Can he really win them back?
  11. Damn, they scored the three goals in a four minute span!
  12. Holy crap - I never thought of that. What if we DO get McDavid and McEichel was the better one! Hahaha - you better quit while you're way behind. BTW, why was it OK for the Patriots not to play Brady, Gronk, etc. vs. the Bills in the last game. I thought everybody was supposed to try as hard to win every game they play? (Couldn't be that some look at the bigger picture?)
  13. The bolded tells us all we need to know about your knowledge of this.
  14. Definitely well said, Darin. Those are still Bucky's 75 words. I don't care how many other words he used.
  15. Credit to Brad Riter and Trending Buffalo on that one.
  16. So, the Bills need 32 points to clinch the division?
  17. This is what happens when somebody from yahoo writes an article that they know nothing about and just got alerted to by the local Buffalo media stories.
  18. If you're able to get it done, please make sure they know why you're cancelling. These aholes always mocked out the Bills heroic run to 7-9 and the Sabres heroic run to 8th place. Now, they're go in the opposite direction..............But, look at what Bucky wrote not even two years ago: Bucky Gleason, June 23, 2013: I've seen that a few places and it's absolutely perfect.
  19. The Bills already said they're not doing HK, and the league can't make a team do it who has a first year coach.
  20. Oh, so the 5 was not points, but regulation losses? I definitely think points is the way to go. I think when you have real magic numbers for division championship, etc, you go by points.
  21. I just looked at the standings, and I think it's 11. If the Coyotes don't win another game, and the Sabres "lost out" on only 7 points, that means they would end up with 11 more points, blowing past the Coyotes who are only 5 ahead of us. If we lost out on 11 points, that would let us only get 7 points out of the 18 available left, and the Coyotes could lose every game, and it would be tie, and we'd have the tie breaker. But, i did see others on twitter saying 7. Where is that number coming from? Wait, I keep saying 7, and now I see the number above is 5. That makes even less sense to me.
  22. You're wrong because you keep thinking somehow McDavid and Eichel are going to end up on the same team. That train left long ago when the Islanders went from the bottom of the league to the top..........And, you're wrong because you said there was no lottery. There was - it's been around since the mid 90s -
