  1. We should build a wall to Canada - and make Bon Jovi pay for it.
  2. Deadspin is ripping off this thread: http://deadspin.com/deadspin-awards-best-bills-fan-1783143947?utm_campaign=socialflow_deadspin_twitter&utm_source=deadspin_twitter&utm_medium=socialflow
  3. This is why I've continued my Bon Jovi boycott.................In fact, I had so much foresight that I started the boycott before he even got involved with the Bills.
  4. Do you think this is a good thing?
  5. I don't think I'm laughing at Murph. I'm laughing at how boring and "state radio" this show is.........Anybody else is going to be more of the same.
  6. Agree. I don't think other countries do it this way, or at least not all of them.
  7. In 2009, I was talking to this guy at a dive bar in Atlanta. He was a huge hockey fan. I think I had a Sabres shirt on or something..............So, he shows me his huge Thrashers tattoo.............A year or two later - they're gone!
  8. What's with this Messi. One week I keep hearing he's unbelievable. Next week, he's quitting.
  9. What can be more exciting than watching The John Murphy Show?
  10. I think the return of Chuck Dickerson as co-host would give it the spice we are looking for.
  11. Your #1 is my #1 - for exactly what you said. But, also for Thurman quitting and the rest of the team following the leader. The score was tied, dammit!
  12. Yeah, we do - the knife. It doesn't matter, though - after watching this, I'm now even more convinced that there could have been a video of OJ doing the murders, and this jury still would have let him go. Juror #9 - what a delight she was.
  13. I remember 25-30 years ago saying that the Greatest Generation seemed to fail as parents.
  14. I think you're underestimating Moulds' talent. I think now maybe Sammy surpasses him, but before that, I think he was the most talented receiver we have ever had.
  15. I heard somebody say maybe both are. We get a left shooting Dman who is a little tougher.....And, they get an analytic darling in return...........I guess we'll find out.
  16. Because all Schopp cares about in any sport is analytics.
  17. Who made up this rule, anyway? I don't see anything in the definition that would give it any credibility, but I see it on every twitter thread, comment section, etc.
  18. 2 and 3 were the worst screw jobs in the history of Bills football. In 2, not only did that happen, but then after that it was the only time I saw interference called on a Hail Mary.........I believe there was actually a bad call in between those two, as well. 3 had not only what you said, but in the scramble for the would be fumble, Pat Toomay ran into a ref, and was somehow penalized for it. It was totally accidental. So, the Dolphins got the ball back, and first down. Really game over. The ref was hanging in effigy in the tunnel at Rich the next week and Chuck Foreman got pelted in the eye with a snowball.
  19. Quite a story..............I remember that game. Vs. Cincy...........And, then OJ was supposed to have surgery and then he woke up and he hadn't had it. What did he tear, because it must not have been his ACL?
  20. Very interesting - thanks for the info!
  21. Similar story. Same year. I was 11. My Dad would let me pick out two games a year and then order tickets via mail somehow. We had the Chiefs at home for the first MNF game ever in Buffalo. So, I had been looking forward to this game for many months. Nothing was bigger in my life. And, now OJ could go over 1000 yards in just 7 games. But, disaster struck - I was sick! I'm not sure when I got sick, but on game day I was sick as hell. But, I kept insisting I was going. I don't care if my temp is 102. I'm OK!! I still remember my father making the call to somebody else to go with him. (With me bawling - no!) Smashcut to 9PM and I'm lying in bed with now a 103 temp and the game was only on radio - and Rick Azar comes on and says "And, what do we do in Buffalo on a cold rainy October night. We sit in the rain and watch football." I said not me! Dammit! That game was bittersweet. But, I overcame my bitterness because of OJ going over 1000, and our shiny record - and the fact that no !@#$ing way could I have been at that game because I was wayyyyy too sick. My parents were right, as usual.
