  1. I'm in Scotland this weekend. So something deep fried at a guess.
  2. Hmmm. Odd timing. He is meh anyway. Way not to cut him?
  3. My division winners: Bills Ravens Chiefs Jaguars Eagles Packers Rams Falcons Playoffs.... toss of a coin. I hope and believe the AFCCG can be in Buffalo.
  4. Because of a midget goalkeeper who sets a 3 man wall then stands four yards the other side? Too right I am. But yes. Under and under.
  5. Yea. We definitely got some bounces on our own fumbles. I think it is perfectly conceivable that our giveaway total doubles in 2025 from a low of 8.
  6. They also got very few negative run plays. Even when they had a busted block and a guy got immediate penetration into the backfield Cook was pretty good and getting back to the line or falling forward for a yard. It's a reality that the Bills were exceptionally good last year at not getting behind the sticks. I like Brady I think he is a smart coordinator but it remains to be seen how this offense looks if playing from 2nd and long and 3rd and long became a much more regular occurance.
  7. It's the Khalil Shakir breakout argument all over again.
  8. As I said above I don't hate the idea but not something I'd avocate for particularly.
  9. It is more than just last year. He hasn't been truly dominant for 2 or 3 years. He isn't washed. He can start. He can be an above average starter. I am not sure he can dominate games anymore. Or if he can I wonder where it has been the last couple of years.
  10. I agree he lacks suddenness. He is also fighting against the instinct. I mentioned it many many times last year. His natural basketball instinct is to feel the contact and then play off that. There is some muscle memory re-programming to do. Those who have been at camp have suggested there was progress in that facet. I hope we see that translate in the season. I have called my projection for his season already: https://www.twobillsdrive.com/community/topic/260320-are-fan-expectations-too-high-for-keon-coleman/page/3/#findComment-9639442 If he hit those numbers I'd say that is proof he can be a good #2 receiver. Which is what I think he can be if you have a legit #1. And the Bills as yet don't.
  11. He definitely is. He can still play, I wouldn't call him washed. But dominant is not a word I'd use to describe him any more either.
  12. I never felt that way about Parker 😂 I think I am between #2 and #3 on the options. I expect to be satisfied with his progression and sort of worth the 33rd pick in the draft but still not at the expense of "what they could have won".
  13. He has returned 1 kick since 2018 and 4 punts since 2021. Think those days are behind him personally.
  14. Maybe. I have never been a big Peppers guy tbh. Going back to college I thought he was significantly overrated. I'm fine if they bring him in. I don't hate it. But it isn't something I'd personally advocate for. I'd still rather give Justin Simmons a ring (I know that isn't happening).
  15. McDermott is searching for safeties who can play deep or in the box. Peppers is more your box safety / extra linebacker. Or your "big nickel" if you want to use that parlance. I think the Bills could find a use for him but to be honest box safety play isn't really my concern for Buffalo. I'm worried about us in center field coverage situations.
  16. He isn't really a safety. He is a hybrid. Decent run player, good instincts, liability in coverage.
  17. There is a scene of Jordan Poyer and Rachel Bush that could win me over. For sure. I'm not sure it is them discussing contract details though......... 😚
  18. Yea teams have worked out the format and manage themselves and it so carefully. I don't blame teams for that, it's just a reality. In the past even on the face of it not very interesting teams made for interesting Hard Knocks - I remember the Texans one where Hoyer and Mallet were battling for the job for example. Now I just think the teams all have their own in house mini-series - like the Bills have with Embedded - and they are used to how you put it together in a flattering way. I think it's hard for HBO to get to the interesting stuff.
  19. Ha! Thanks. I thought that was it for some reason. Still the dullest one I've watched. And they have generally been getting duller in recent years.
  20. Objectively the dullest season of Hard Knocks ever. And I knew they were not filming cuts, that was already out there per Beane but the ending was kind of abrupt as a result. That said I suspect this was just how the Bills wanted it. And for good reason.
  21. Yea then he got hurt in camp, spent his rookie year on IR during which time Dan Carpenter came in and had a great year so got extended. Hopkins got cut in his second camp.
  22. Davidson had a torrid pre season. A punt in the final game makes no odds.
  23. Suspect just oversight. Unless they named him to the PS yesterday and cut him today.
