It is the elephant in the room. Nobody seems to want to tackle it. He has been horribly inconsistent since the middle of last season. When he is good he is great. When he is bad he stops this team having a chance to win.

Another 3rd down Ed Oliver blew up. We can question a LOT of personnel decisions the past few years. Extending Ed is not one of those.

I think it is everything. Genuinely I do. I can't look at one thing on offense and say "that's working as it should".

Ugh. Our offense is terrible. Disjointed play calling, lack of identity and execution errors all over the place.
