  1. Great drive. Strange as it sounds our outside receivers look to have the edge against their back up outside corners.
  2. Let's gooooooo Bufffaaaaalllloooooooo!!
  3. Yea I saw a fair bit of that game. Kid can play. And I agree w/ Rams. They've got a few pieces but it is half a rebuilt team half the old guys and all a bit disjointed.
  4. Yea that does ring a bell now you say it.
  5. Yea gotta be a numbers game, right? And Elam does one thing - backup boundary corner - he can't play inside, he doesn't play teams and so he is vulnerable when numbers are tight.
  6. Baltimore Pittsburgh in a fight.
  7. This is a proper Ravens - Steelers game
  8. Sneak on 3rd down get half a yard then decide to turn around needing half a yard and hand it off? Okay.
  9. I think Drake Maye can play.
  10. So Jordan Phillips was one of those. But Beane was still Assistant GM in Carolina when he came out, but he brought him to Buffalo when Miami cut bait. That first spell did work out (spell 2 less so, let's see on spell 3). The other guys who are in my mind for that were on, or are still on, the Practice Squad. Which is what makes me think he'd have to make it through waivers for the Bills to make a move.
  11. It is true. It's been an issue multiple times this season. In the two losses they were dreadful passing on first down too, Houston in particular. Conversely at Seattle their first down passing was really good. It's something they absolutely need to self scout on at the bye. It should be the easiest down to pass on but the Bills have struggled to do much of anything through the air on first down other than wide receiver screens.
  12. We don't know exactly but given he is in a cast pretty safe to assume its more than the normal risk of injury in an NFL game.
  13. I think the maturity we have seen from Josh this year has been really impressive. I'm not sure it has always been a strength of his, but the past year we have really seen that growth.
  14. I don't remember that story but if its true expect them to have some interest. Beane has done it a few times gone back to guys he liked at the draft who didn't pan out elsewhere. Not sure they'd claim him because they'd have to put him on the 53. But if he makes it through waivers then I'd imagine the Bills might offer him a PS spot. Yea me too. I thought he was a day 3 guy.
  15. No I got the point. But as you say it is designed this way from months out. We know the two networks get to protect one game a year from prime time and we know for a second year running CBS chose Bill - Chiefs. So I don't think it is startling or susprising. It is just the way the broadcast contracts work.
  16. There are no other CBS games in the late window. There are only three late window games and the other two are all NFC (9ers - Hawks) and NFC at AFC (Falcons - Broncos) so are both Fox under the normal broadcast rules. I am sure anyone who isn't a fan of those other 4 teams will have CBS on and be watching Allen and Mahomes but the lack of a broadcast map is because CBS only has one game.
  17. If Cooper was properly healthy, sure. If he isn't personally I'd hold him out.
