I've been watching everything I can on the guy.. Fantastic arm strength and athleticism. He throws a duck that makes you scratch your head and say WTF almost every game it seems. He throttled down to about 60% power at the combine and still couldn't feign any semblance of accuracy. Do people really think the receiver talk came from nowhere? He reminds me a lot of Vick. If the FO likes him I'd love to be wrong.

I think most of us feel that way. The eye test obviously leaves a bit to be desired.

I like it overall. Barkley is a phenomenal talent. I'm still struggling to see any team taking Darnold over Rosen though. Rosen is just a measurably better QB right now in almost every way (Mechanics, footwork, accuracy, reads) and he has a better arm too. Darnold runs better but not good enough to pick him 1st... The ceilings are similar. Just my opinion...

With the Turbo top end Roadrunner, direct connection to the laptop + hdmi to TV I settled on Medium quality. It dropped out of HD on high every 15 seconds.

His composure is what impresses me most. He never looks rattled. Watching his effort to get the team back into the NE game in the 4th quarter sold me. I think a lot of credit has to go to Roman too. He seems to understand very well, probably from Kap, how to use a player with TT's skill set.

This is a great point. We just haven't had that level of coaching here in a long time. Keeping Luck off the field was the staff's #1 priority, and it worked well.
