Never heard of Mike Gillislee, but he has some nice credentials. Young guy. Maybe he's ready to step up.

I see Sammy. Hogan runs sideways or backwards instead of getting more yardage and first downs by falling forward. LeShady had the huge drop against KC. Rambo has dropped a number of INTs. Hughes has killed us with penalties. I can't think of a play where Sammy hasn't come through. Of course, assuming they deign to throw Sammy the ball.
Don't you know that's why defense players play defense. Because they can't catch.
Sammy had the game winner at the Vikes last year in a back shoulder throw. Also the crucial 3rd and 2 play against the Jets at MetLife

Mario Williams has always had a reputation for being "lazy" and taking plays off. I think Dareus took his foot off the gas after he got paid. Don't hit me with the double and triple teamed excuse. Dareus is one of the highest paid D lineman in football for a reason. And Watt almost never gets single teamed and look at him.

I hate the Patriots, but guys like Julian Edelman make plays when the game dictates it. I think the Bills don't have many of those guys. I don't know this, but it seems like a lot of Bills are mostly in it for the money.
Exceptions..... Chris Hogan (example, his catch against the Vikings), Sammy Watkins (is a straight up playmaker), Jerry Hughes (occasionally steps up and makes a big play, such as the strip sack against the Dolphins this year), and Stephon Gilmore would be borderline (his diving swat against the Patriots on MNF is one example, but he sometimes gets burned by slants or comeback routes).
What are your guys thoughts? -
Brady is has a big ego in the sense that he thinks he can create new rules (his new tackling rule), and that he feels entitled to not get hit.
-
When can we get Metallica? Or is there a rule that rock bands need to be very very old before they can perform? (The Stones, The Who, etc.)
-
Let's see... Marrone was 6-10 his first season while Rex is trending for 7-9. And if Jordy Nelson catches that ball at the Ralph, and the Bills didn't play 2nd stringers in week 17, they are 7-9 last year.
-
No. The Bills are going to blow it up in the off season.
Sadly probably not. They will run this team of slackers back out there. You can't fix lazy.
-
He has more problems than that and his own inflated self image is one of them.
Oh... because you know.

How about the little jerk you advocated for the other day named Manziel?
Did it occur to you that alcoholism is a serious disease? And that that is why he is acting out?

Bills should get a bruiser. Enough finesse. And no, I don't consider Anthony Dixon a bruiser.
-
Biggest ego in the NFL. I will name a few: Rex Ryan, Rob Ryan, Richard Sherman, O'dell Beckham JR., Colin Kaepernick, Robert Kraft, Steve Smith, the Irsays, Cam Newton might have the biggest one though

I assume this is because he did a good job developing Karlos Williams. I think Karlos Williams sucks when there is not a gaping hole. Once he makes it to the second level of the defense he is gone, but he is not really good at getting there.

Come on! It adds up? That's a joke... The guy is in his physical prime.
The Bills have the same TOP as the Broncos and longer than NE. They are a top 10 team in points per game. They are 21st in 3rd downs converted and 24th in 3rd down efficiency. The Jets have more 3 and outs than the Bills.
Dareus is winded because he's not properly conditioned in the off season.
How the heck would you know he's not properly conditioned? I wouldn't knock him on that. I do think that he plays less hard now that he got paid though

I agree we need to get players that fit Ryan's scheme. However, I'm not sure if I agree with you on Mario Williams. He doesn't fit Ryan's scheme, and quite frankly doesn't always show up to play. I've never seen a guy with such great career stats fail to show up for so many games. He occasionally has great games where he seems to compile all his stats. Then on other Sunday's he doesn't show up at all. Mario Williams epitomizes this years Bills better than any player as far as I'm concerned. Loads of talent but a lack of heart and killer instinct. He just doesn't play up to what his stats may indicate. I'm sure Texan fans are quite happy to have Watt. The guy never takes plays off, and shows up every week.
Players that fit Ryan's scheme. So paycheck guys who don't like to practice hard or get yelled at?

Mr Pegula-- are you reading this???
Also, how do you give any head coach (not named Bill Belichick) a 5 year contract? Such a long time...
That's the price you pay for not being relevant in a millenia

Only the Bills could have two of the top rated cornerbacks in the NFL and still suckPain. Bills 20 Texans 34. 16 and counting.
-
Bust city
-
Offense had 415 yards, 25 first downs and higher TOP than the Chiefs
You guys and your stats. Who won the game?
-
38-13 Bills
I have had a feeling that the Bills were going to blow them out for quite some time.
There is no way the Bills blow out anyone not named the Dolphins this season
-
This year's nail in the coffin game:
Texans 27
Bills 16
Wait a second there.... The Bills can still lose one more and only need 62,000 other things to fall their way
Which Bills make a play when one is needed? My thoughts:

Does punting count as making a play? He has been good, but punting doesn't win championships.
I think you guys are underrating Chris Hogan. When the game is on the line he almost always gets open.
