I never understood it from the Sabres side. Just didn't make any sense.
As to the rebuild, Ottawa has been greatly helped by the play of late round afterthoughts like Stone, Hoffman, Wideman and Dzingel. They've been drafting well.
It was absolutely a giant steal for Ottawa. Though some would argue Chabot (18th overall in same draft) might be a slightly better prospect, I'm very excited about Colin White. He and Chabot both dominated world juniors. If Boston College has an early exit this year, there's a chance White could be with Ottawa for the last 10-15 games of the season and possibly playoffs.
The bolded might be the most frustrating thing about this season. When he's posted up on someone small, Roberson has been the only one who really concentrates on getting him the ball consistently. Our guards rarely get him the ball in the post. Then when he gets it at the 3 point line, he's been hesitant lately. He needs to be utilized better.
Battle also needs to take over more.
Pretty much every Friday night and Saturdays for college bball. Nothing the rest of the week.
Oh yeah. During the fall, I drink to forget the Bills every Sunday.
Awful performance. They should not lose with how many turnovers Pitt had. Battle must not have been right cus he barely played. Maybe they mentioned it but the bar i was watching at didn't have sound.
