I work in Syracuse. A co worker came to my office and asked me if I knew who Dan Le Batard was. She then told me DA Fitzpatrick is pissed at him because he said on his show that Boeheim had been drinking and fled the scene. The DA said they should have called his office to confirm. I didn't believe Le Batard would be that stupid so I googled it. Not only is he still saying he's innocent, he is also crying that due process doesn't exist anymore. That he's the victim of the police jumping to conclusions. I'm hopeful for a bounceback game from our big 3. I'm thinking Battle is going to be a man possessed tonight. I'm worried about Buddy's defense more than normal, so I really hope his shot is going down. And , they need to make their free throws.

Think they need a win tonight to keep tourney hopes alive. They need this game, WF, Clemson and most likely an upset win over either UNC or UVA. I think that Duke game is going to be tough to watch and really have no hope for that game. Let's go Cuse!

That's not accurate. They said they don't have evidence that it is a hoax. It's likely they believe it's a hoax, which is why the local news was reporting so, but don't want to have their spokesperson say so unless they have airtight proof. It's a hoax.
