  1. It did. I'm assuming the OP was told to remove the rest of his post because he typed out the entire article he linked (with some odd spelling changes), instead of just a small excerpt. My first reply was also removed because it was a little too snarky I guess.
  2. This is the article the OP linked to last night... http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2014/10/01/cowboys-player-allegedly-involved-in-a-sexual-assault/
  3. This. He's flashed well but the drops and the pouting like a little b**** needs to stop.
  4. Thanks. The one handed catch on the fade where he got turned around was incredible. The play in the Oregon game where he almost had his head taken off was incredible. Those were 2 plays i couldn't see a lot of WR's making. The rest were for the most part good plays that I think a lot of guys could make. He was really good shielding the ball from defenders when catching. I was suspicious of the argument that he was good against top college talent so I checked and what I found is that Rogers beat up on scrubs and played poorly against the top talent. VS Elite: Fla - 5/62 1 td Georgia - 5/71 0 td LSU - 3/63 0 td Bama - 2/32 0 td S. Car - 4/35 0 td Ark - 5/106 0 td Total - 24/369 1 td Vs Non elite: Vanderbilt - 10/116 2 tds Buffalo - 7/180 2 tds Montana - 5/100 1 td Cinci - 10/1000 2 tds Mid Tenn - 9/137 1 td Kentucky - 3/38 0 td Total - 44/671 8 tds My argument is that I just don't think Rogers is all that special. I think Hogan contributes more. Yes, Hogan's interchangeable with the Kauffman's and Roosevelt's of the world as far as receiving goes. But, if he's significantly better on special teams (just guessing) than them, he's worth keeping. Da'Rick was awful on special teams and, in my mind, interchangeable with other athletic wr's available.
  5. Honest question. I was on the Da'Rick hype train back when we first signed him based on his nice stats in his one year in Division 1 and the scouting reports that I had heard. I quickly gave up on him after seeing him in camp and preseason. What special skill do you see that every other receiver trying to make a team doesn't have? He's slower and weaker than Hogan and doesn't run good routes and couldn't learn the playbook. He also can't play special teams because his effort was poor. How is he special? It can't be his college stats, because a lot of guys have good college stats but aren't special.
  6. If it's a road game I don't care, if it's a home game I'm against it.
  7. Is NE coming into Buffalo off of 2 losses a good thing?
  8. Gilmore giving up some catches because no good cb ever gives up catches, obviously.
  9. This Pats D is looking even more suspect than I thought!
  10. This has me nervous as hell. Kyle has been as dominant a defensive player as anyone in the league so far this season.
  11. Did the Detroit game get flexed as well? The Time Warner schedule here in the Syracuse area has it scheduled on Fox. I thought that it was the away teams network.
